Ordered a MacBook through Wowcher…

Ordered a MacBook through Wowcher during Black Friday supposedly they were going to deliver around 06/12/23
Don’t deliver goods that have been ordered
Don't answer emails or text messages
Very poor company to deal with

Definitely one to avoid item arrived to…

Definitely one to avoid item arrived to late to be of use , have returned but not received refund, phone number is fake , have reported back to Wowcher in hope of refund

Scam company who are selling via…

Scam company who are selling via Wowcher - AVOID! The item bought fot my daughter for Uni never arrived - The contact number for them is a mobile number that doesnt exist - All emails are ignored. Am now in contact with Wowcher and reported to them and hopefully daughter will get her hard earned money back AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!
Update: 31/8/23 - Business had finallt sent some rubbish laptop that had missing screws and no power pack. Reported business to Woucher who agreed with our complaint and refunded us the money in a voucher.

Faulty/fake products, ignore you when contacted

Purchased airpod pros which didn't work off Wowcher, company ignored me when asking for a refund.

Fraudulent company selling fake airpods

Having returned the fake refurbished airpods purchased from this company via Wowcher a month ago at £100 a pair, I have received no refund, they have ignored my emails, I cannot get through by telephone, and they have also ignored all attempts by Wowcher to contact them. This is a fraudulent company who have caused me significant stress and have in effect stolen from me. They are thieves and should be stopped from trading.

Whoever you purchased airpods through it was not JHL Communications. JHL are a high quality provider of service in the telecommunications field.

JHL has a very strong service ethic which runs through everything they do. No matter what the issue or when it arises, they go the extra mile to ensure a speedy and satisfactory outcome. This is a real asset in a space where a lack of response can be hugely frustrating. They are also entirely current in terms of their thinking and capability and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them very highly.
