had a very disappointing experience working at this company. My employment was terminated without being given the contractual notice period or any prior warning. Additionally, I was not paid my salary for my final month, even though I worked throughout June before being terminated. The company also deducted 10% from my salary every month, stating that it would be settled later, but this amount was never returned after my employment ended. Another disappointing aspect was that the company promised annual salary increments, but despite completing my work and meeting expectations, no increment was ever provided. Failing to honor commitments regarding employee compensation, withholding earned wages, and not returning deducted amounts reflects poorly on the organization's professionalism and treatment of its employees

These deductions seem like a deliberate cost-cutting tactic, not based on actual performance.
