Just received a keychron keyboard yesterday, the communication was great. I had some trouble at first but they handle it pretty quickly. Truly proved their professionalism. Would definitely buy more from them.

You see something in stock. You order it and it’s dispatched quickly. Good communication on order progress. Product arrives well packaged the next day. Perfect experience. I first used Jim’s in 2009 and it’s easy to see why this company is still around today.

5 stars no doubt, customer support has been a world class stand out. Available all the time, providing help no matter what the question, and being friendly.
Package left the warehouse on a Monday and was in front of my door on Wednesday so not too long to wait.
Prices are cheaper than Verkkokauppa, overall extremely positive experience. Thanks for the Haribo!

The assembly time, with all parts from the warehouse, was 2.5 weeks but the quality aka cable management was very good, I could not have done it better myself.

Basically ordered my whole computer from Jimms and had it arrive at the right time. Great service and love the small candy bags in almost every delivery. The website works great and everything is easy to find.

I ordered two laptops - good price, fast delivery. One of the laptops had a problem with the fans, but it was exchanged quickly and without problems. The customer service and sales people are very polite and helped me (despite my terrible English XD). Really, thank you!

I've ordered an M.2 SSD drive recently here and the price was noticiably lower than in big retail stores. The item was not in stock initially, but the overall wait time ended up to be ~8 working days (delivery to Helsinki on 05.01) which I'm really pleased about as the order was made during the holidays (24.12). The first impression is positive, I hope that the service qulity will remain consistent in the future!

What can I say about this company and the staff that is working there. Incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of my order. Plain and simple instructions for every step we had to follow in order to ship me a power supply in Greece.
They literally shiped my package the next morning after my payment, and I had it in my hands less than 48 hours later.
A small surprise gift inside the package was also a very nice thing to see as a first-time customer.
I would definitely recommend the store, especially if you are located in Finland, I bet the service there would be even better in person.
It is sure added to my online store list for electronic parts.

Ordered on weekend and realized that one of the products I had in my order werent in warehouse, so asked if it was possible to change it into matching one and boom they redid the order over wknd and it was on it's way monday morning. So 5/5 +ultra

Nice selection of products, prompt deliveries.
However they do not hesistate to sell retruned products without informing you.
