Get a written contract for scope of work he has agreed to

JJ Scaffolding installed scaffold at agreed price of £4,200 in Penzance. WE GOT FLEECED IN MY OPINION FOR ANOTHER £900
He charged an extra £480 because he says the bit at the end was not in his quotation. (it certainly was and he even emailed to say he would honour it as the lads must have missed it out) Then because he was late taking it down he charged another £420..
My advice would be to get a written contract of the scope of work agreed. OR BETTER still try another scaffold company. (there are plenty of them to choose from) AND TRUST PILOT.. I have all receipts and emails available at your disposal to verify the review.
