We had our old sliding patio doors replaced with bifold doors by JLEAF. The entire process from beginning to end was professional, slick, affordable and completed to a very high standard. Thanks to Justin, Leigh, Brian and the installation team, Carl, Dean and Louis. Perfect job.

We had a new conservatory roof and porch fitted. This leaked from the first day of rain after install.
We had constant visits to investigate the fault, with no satisfactory result in fully stopping the leak. After 5 months of different excuses such as freakish weather, leaves in the gutters to faulty installed joints, they blamed the fault on an existing car port roof they butted up to & disappeared. We then had to get several roofing firms in to investigate the cause, who all stated the same that the fault was with the joint to the car port roof they had installed the new guttering to. We have had a reputable firm resolve this issue, This has left us with water damage to ceiling and flooring. I would not recommend this company for any works.

The whole process with JLeaf from ordering to installation of the door has been great. Always willing answer queries and gave constructive advice. The finished job is fantastic and the installer advised what he was going to do and was clean, tidy and attentive. We are now having another door installed.

Very well organised from start to finish and the finished work is of a high quality. All the different workmen (planners, scaffolders, roofers and window fitters) were sequenced perfectly, arriving when they said they would and completing their tasks to a high standard. I'd have no hesitation recommending JLeaf and have done so already.

We have just had French doors and windows fitted. They have made a massive improvement to our house. From first contacting JLeaf, Jason came to advise us and give us a quote and Leigh kept us informed all the time and after installation came to check everything was ok. The fitter arrived when we were told he would and did a great job. I would have no hesitation recommending JLeaf.

This company came highly recommended, I'm sorry to say we've had nothing but issues from day one. I'm sure the majority of their installs are straightforward and without issue. However the measure of a company is how the deal with complaints, from initially not listening to the requirements, the front door installation we had was beset with problems and Jleaf continually shirks responsibility to the manufacturer and are unwilling to resolve the issue. We now have a door that is warped so badly the wind whistles though it and the locking mechanism has been butchered to such an extent it invalidates my insurance. Time after time we've been promised a resolution - we have been waiting over two years. I'm not expecting this to be resolved now which is why I'm writing this review. Sorry to say whilst you may get lucky you are on your own if you have any issues.

We have an Edwardian house which has been extended over time at the back of the property. Some windows are original and some are as old as when the extensions were built, so a mix of different aged wooden windows/doors, as well as double glazed and single glazed. The windows/doors were also in different stages of deterioration, and we were concerned about their integrity and long term maintenance. We therefore decided to investigate uPVC options for the back of the house only, being mindful of the aesthetics of a period property.
We contacted JLeaf as they were highly recommended. From the outset they were professional, reliable and offered great advice. We therefore felt very comfortable in opting to employ JLeaf to supply and fit our new windows and doors. They kept us informed throughout the ordering/supply process, and when the time came to fit the windows, we had absolute trust in their ability. It took 2 days to complete the job, and what a transformation. We cannot believe how great all the windows/doors look. They are of great quality, and the price, we felt, was very reasonable. These windows will last a very long time and will not require constant maintenance. We are delighted with the workmanship, quality, price and customer service provided by JLeaf and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having been let down by two local companies regarding quotes for gutter,fascia and soffit replacement I vented my annoyance on the local website. Melissa from J Leaf got in touch and assured me of a quote and would not let me down. Within a couple of days Rick Robinson from the company came round to give a quote followed by the installer to survey. Within three weeks work commenced and was completed within four days by Mark and his son. They made a fantastic job of the fitting and cleaned up every day. I am very impressed from the start to the finish of the job and the price. I would certainly recommend J Leaf for their professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Just had new doors and windows from JLEAF. Great bunch of lads, good skilled workers and I cannot believe the insulation and sound proofing difference it has made. Has already reduced my power bills.

We had a uPVC front bedroom bay window replaced and are very happy with their attention to detail and completed work. They are a local Company and thoroughly recommend them So pleasant to deal with.

My conservatory roof conversion done February 2021 is fabulous. From sales to work carried out it has been a great experience. Carl and Josh have been friendly, explained all work being done, polite, cleaned up as they've gone along and grafted. The new roof looks wonderful and finished to a high standard. I have used Jleaf a few times now for replacement windows in my house and various rental properties. The modern approach to measuring and pricing up jobs is great, this meant I could quickly get a price and authorise the work, saving time. I have already recommended the team at Jleaf to others. JLEAF WIndows & Doors have made everything simple & easy-going: no pushy salespeople, quick quote, exact match to my other windows, the fitters were polite and left the place spotless. They also saved me money & heartache as I thought we'd have to have a door or larger window installed to meet the Building Regs, and yet the window they recommended fits the existing space exactly as it is a fire safety one that opens out fully on both sides (the central section is connected to the right side window) so we can use the full window space to climb out & it means it will get passed by the building inspector no trouble PLUS we didn't need to smash out any bricks! And it only cost a tiny bit extra.
THIS IS A GENUINE LOVELY BUSINESS & WE WILL BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO EVERYONE!
They've matched the existing windows almost exactly, they've been reasonable prices and they've fitted on a day I could be home. Couldn't ask for more.
