They placed me on hold and reached out to them on my behalf and not only gave me an ETA, but also a tracking number, and had the manufacturer send me an email update as well. Very helpful and responsive over the phone when PayPal changed the shipping address and I didn't notice until it was too late. Also very helpful in finding replacements for my obsolete CO detectors. Both TJ and Ryan (?) were polite and friendly. Fast delivery too.

We had missing hardware and a critical timeline. Lucas was able to help me quickly source hardware, and the JMAC staff walked the order to a shipping location after their daily bulk shipment had already left for the day. Their prompt service and willingness to go the extra mile helped us meet our clients' critical inspection deadline.

They told me a part was in stock and ready to ship immediately. When they realize the part was not available, they found another supplier and got an updated price, and called me to see if I still wanted it ($40 price difference). Excellent service.
