Resume update and review was extremely helpful.

My experience was great because the recruitment process was clear, professional, and well organized. I appreciated the opportunity to demonstrate my experience, and the communication throughout the process was helpful. I also valued WFP's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
WFP is doing well in creating a diverse, inclusive, and multicultural working environment while giving staff opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful humanitarian work.

Had a free CV review which was very informative and gave me some good tips on how to improve my CV.

First they charge you 2 for a cv and then next week boom 59.
They actually charge people for their job search and you can't submit your resume unless you do. Stay away from scam artist like JobLeads. I wanted to give them no stars, but I was forced to give them 1 and they didn't earn even it. This was a redefining of poor experience.
The resume expert gave a very helpful and thorough reveiw of my resume, and has a greatly improved it!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with JobLeads and feel that the way the subscription is presented is highly misleading.
I signed up only to create a CV and paid €2.99 for what I understood to be a 14-day trial. I had no intention of signing up for a Premium subscription costing €73.76, and I was not clearly aware that I was agreeing to recurring charges at this amount.
After the initial €2.99 payment, attempts were apparently made to charge my card. The payments were not successfully collected.
What happened next is even more concerning: I was contacted by PAIR Finance and told that I owe €73.76 to JobLeads.
Let that sink in: I paid €2.99 to create a CV and ended up being contacted by a debt collection company over an alleged €73.76 subscription that I never knowingly intended to purchase.
I strongly dispute this alleged debt and have formally challenged it.
In my opinion, this is a very questionable business model: attract customers with a very low initial payment, then convert the trial into a much more expensive recurring subscription without making the consequences sufficiently clear.
⚠️ PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ENTERING YOUR CARD DETAILS ON THIS WEBSITE. Read every single term and check whether you are being enrolled into a recurring Premium subscription.
I am posting this review to warn other consumers about my experience. I would never have expected a €2.99 CV service to result in a €73.76 alleged debt being pursued by a collection agency.
JobLeads should make the subscription terms completely transparent and should not pursue consumers for charges they did not knowingly agree to.
Avoid at alll costs!!!! It is a big scam. A trial should be free, I should have seen that as a red flag from the beginning.
1.Right after paying 2,99 EUR for trial premium membership they charge you 69.90 EUR at the end of the month without you knowing.
2. Because they know how misleading they run their operations, they will never write to you that you owe them but refer it to a debt collection agent since they know thats where they can get their money from.
3. The jobs posted sometimes dont even exist and they adjust some the job requirements and profile to get potential customers.
4. some of the things they promise on their platform don't exist in reality.
5. Never subscribe to their platform without first understanding their practices else you will regret it.
This isn't a job board. It's selling resume reviews. And the sample was very poor quality.
The assessment results are hard-coded, giving the same score whatever file is uploaded. I got 36% for a shopping list!
From their own website (IYKYK):
div data-v-8a3e9ff1="" class="slider-fill h-full rounded-full" style="width: 36%;"
div data-v-8a3e9ff1="" class="absolute top-1/2 -translate-x-1/2 -translate-y-1/2" style="left: 36%;"
A job posting that I expressed "I'm Interested" led me to a dubious website where the same job had been advertised 3 times since March. Each one offering the same "I'm Interested" button. Coincidence?
If it looks like a scam and feels like a scam... Follow your instincts!
Really appreciated the free resume review from JobLeads! Claudia Baker gave super helpful, professional feedback that made a real difference to my CV. Highly recommended!

(Zero stars) I do not recommend entangling yourself with this company. They don't provide anything that you can't get elsewhere for free. Furthermore, they hacked into my Apple Pay to pull out money from my account because they said I did not end my subscription in time – and ironically, there is no payment history in my Apple Pay. Very suspicious. So unless you have a lot of money to throw around, which I don't, DO NOT get involved with this company.
UPDATE: I see that the other one star review that echoed my sentiments is now missing from this list. Interesting.
They say that behind every one comment or criticism message that a company receives there are 1000 other people with the same sentiments who haven't bothered to reach out.
Last night I received an email from Trustpilot claiming that JobLeads needed more information from me: 'If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine.'
The fact is, JobLeads, whose informational email I had signed up for, not only promised me an email that never showed up where there was supposed to be details of how I could disengage with their subscription, but they somehow hacked my Apple Pay and pulled money from my account.
You know what's not 'genuine?' JobLeads.
If a company cannot take criticism for their actions, then perhaps they should change their policies. That is, after all, what posting reviews is all about – customers alerting other consumers of company's failures and successes.
Hey guys. Be carefull
They dont send receipts of their monthly subscription
They write the 59.9 so small that you can never see it
When i email them about receipts
They do t have a reply
Their business model is subscription based.
And the website is shittt
Thank you for a good advice it helped me a lot cause i was wondering why i have not been called after i have applied for so long, now i know what to do and how to fix it .
