These cowboys have no regard for GDPR and will never leave you alone once they get hold of your email address, avoid at all costs.

Endless spam....

Endless spam, don't recall ever signing up, have told them to delete my data and stop emailing me yet they persist. Complaint now lodged with ICO (lets see if all that GDPR noise was worth anything eh ;)

E-mail spammers

Spam e-mails received regularly from this lot in breach of GDPR regulations as I have never given them my consent; no idea where they have scavenged/stolen my details from. Make sure you spend 5 minutes to lodge a complaint with the ICO so it is more likely action will be taken against them.

They are in breach of the GDPR

I have never subscribed to Jobzooma yet somehow they got hold of a copy of my CV and put it on their website.
By holding my personal data without my permission, they are in breach of the GDPR.
I have told them to delete my data or be reported to the ICO

Emails at least once a week!

Emails at least once a week stating they want to to be GDPR compliant but in doing this continually your not, no idea who you are and have not signed up for any service from you nor would I ever consider doing so. I'm sure GDPR means I would have to confirm that I wanted you to keep my details else I should auto be removed.

A pest that needs irradiating!

I receive emails every single day from these, they fill up my junk folder now. They are not providing a service to anyone. They are a pest that needs irradiating.I have sent them numerous emails requesting my details to be removed from their system under the new data protection rules but they do nothing. Its about time a governing body stepped in and closed them down to set an example to other companies who blatantly ignore the new rules.

Anyone here giving them a positive review is obviously working for them and just giving fake reviews to improve their status.

CLOSE THEM DOWN!!

Not sure they are legitimate....

I had a mail from a company saying they had got my details from Jobzooma and giving me the details of a job in Poland.... in fact they mailed me twice in the space of a couple of minutes!! I do not remember signing up to them and when I tried to retrieve/reset my password I was told I was unable to. I think this company has got my info from elsewhere - totally underhand and I wouldn't trust them an inch

Emailing me every week for months

Emailing me every week for months. The data they have acquired probably illegitimately is over 12 years old. I know this from the job title they are using
As they are clearly in breach of GDPR does anybody know how to report these mail harvesting scammers
Reading the other reviews I think it's about time they were fined for GDPR breach and the constant unsolicited SPAM was dealt with under a breach of computer misuse act
Oh and why does every link actually got to the same url. Even the link that appears to be specific for my name and the link to the supposed update to their Privacy Policy is exactly the same. Typical scam behaviour

I have no idea how they got my contact…

I have no idea how they got my contact info. I've been receiving emails for close to a year, not paying any attention, until I did a search online. I'd warn against uploading a CV to this site since you don't know what they might do with your background information in conjunction with the email address they already have.

GDPR failure

Not only do they not adhere to GDPR as they claim in their email, they managed to get my details supposedly from an organisation called iprofile which they apparently took over in 2017, something I have never subscribed to. Frankly I shouldn't have to unsubscribe to something I never subscribed to in the first place! Exactly however many unsolicited emails have to be not responded to before the policy would be to remove those details from file???

They have been emailing me every week…

They have been emailing me every week maybe 2 at a stretch. looking at the link they supply in the email it has been 6 years since I was at that location.

If it has come from another website that they acquired back in 2017 which is never clear in the email just the business group.

Time to report this to the relevant people

Spammers

Never heard of this lot, however I keep getting spam email referring to my CV uploaded onto this site. As I can't recall ever using this site I can only assume they nicked my CV off another site. They are not exactly discerning in what spam they send either (sort of the idea with spam I appreciate), as whatever job vacancies they do send me have very little bearing on what I actually do for a living.

Most of my spam went due to GDPR - not this lot though

No idea who this lot are but wont stop sending me spam. Supposedly about the GDPR regulations they are breaching. If they can't comply with GDPR regulation I would have to be mad to trust them with a job search.

and... having just read a load of other people's review's...... can I just say if they "now no longer hold data for more than 3 years" they must be confused about what year it is as it's been a lot longer than that since I looked for a job online.

400 identical spam emails within 20 hours

I received 400 identical emails about the same job, within the space of 20 hours. This is obviously a spam website.

Apologies for this. We are not a spam website, the job information sent to you was indeed real. We did however have a technical error on that email sent out by one of our Recruitment Agent users, which got stuck in a loop, hence the number of copies you received. The error has since been corrected. Once again apologies for the duplicates you received.
