I didn't have the best experience with my order. The package arrived in a bad shape, hastily taped, almost ripping apart. The shoe itself was not true to size: I previously had shoes from the same company, and retested my size with the method mentioned, but yet the shoe turn out to be too loose for a comfortable experience. My visit to their in-person store was also not that pleasent.

Joe Nimble’s barefoot shoes are the best value I’ve found. I’ve had my trail shoes for 5 years, run in them, played football (which they probably not designed for) and worn them day after day to work and they’re still going strong. I was moved to write after trying a far more expensive well known brand (beginning with V) that fell apart after one summer. Just wished they still made the same style I have - and that they were easier to get in the UK

Two years in a row, I've ordered shoes during their holiday sale. Both years, the items were shipped but returned to sender without ever leaving Germany (I'm in the U.S.). When I contact customer service, they just say 'oh well, we'll refund and you can reorder'. However, this causes me to lose extra fees for currency conversion and the order again never arrives. I've lost money twice now without ever receiving the product I ordered. They blame the shipper (DHL) and US customs, though it's been two years in a row, the items have never even made it to the US, and it's been 2 different presidential administrations with different trade policies.

Best running shoes I ever run in. I switched to JN running shoes in 2019 and never looked back.

Just within 5 months of modest usage in city walks the Joe Nimble sneakers (Trail Addict WR model) has completely wore out. The quality of surface materials is poor. This deterioration for such a short period of time has never happend with any other shoes in my life. The only pro – the shoes is comfy.

Their shoe sizes do not adhere to the international shoe standards other brands use like described on Wikipedia.
When you point it out in the support they reply unfriendly. It’s like 1cm is everywhere 1 cm but at Joe Nimble it’s 1,3 cm .
They refuse to pay the €15 return label.
Better to buy somewhere elsewhere .
Size 42 of all brands is size 45 at JoeNimble if you measure according to the formula : shoesize = foot in cm * 1,5

Much like everyone else- great shoes, but the sizing is eccentric to say the least so factor in the cost of returning them (with insurance- maybe £18 in total) at least one before you find the correct size.
Appalling service - sadly I hadn’t read the reviews first- there’s a lesson for me!

awful customer care, they dont look after this service at all, some employees should fired reallyy, I mean it!

Joe Nimbles products are good but their service is awful and it's been such a stressful experience to return a product that I'll never buy from them again. Their app doesn't work, their size charts are nowhere near accurate, and very few places to try on their shoes. So the only option is to buy and then get sucked into the catastrophic return process. I feel like I've lost days of my life calling them, emailing them, sending evidence of payment and the return receipt etc. Each time, starting from scratch like it was the first call.
After 2.5 months I've now decided to threaten them with escalation both with the relevant complaints authority in Germany and also a personal campaign to spread awareness of the issues they have with delivery, return and general service. I would strongly advise people to look at other options before buying from Joe Nimble.

Ordered shoes from Joe-nimble.com. Got confirmation that my order was shipped, but without tracking code. Mailed customer service for a tracking code. No answer. Asked again after three days. No answer. Was told by someone 5 doors down my street that they received a parcel that might be meant for me. The shipment was addressed incorrectly. Luckily, the packing list inside the parcel had the correct address on it, so the person that received it was able (and honest enough) to track me down. I again mailed customer support, tis time to complain. Mail was ignored again. Love Joe Nimble shoes, but is the last time I’m going to order through their web site.
