This company is based in China

This company is based in China. I ordered on 30th of March 2020 5 products to Switzerland and paid by creditcard. Amount was fully charged in April. As per 8th May 2020 only 1 item out of 5 was delivered in poor quality. Fabric is 100% synthetic. I requested shipping information via whatsapp, as recommended on their homepage. I did not receive any answer where my items are or by when they will be delivered. They only responded with an average shipping duration to Europe. I have no idea, if I will ever get what I paid for. If you want to get value for your money, do not order here!
