awful,manager was rude when i had stated that he told me the product wouldn’t be reduced any further and stated that was the final deduction, which was 158 a few days later came back in and it was down to 60

Website was easy to use. Ordering was easy. Pricing was reasonable and was better than competitors selling the same product.
Delivery was good- no issues.

Purchased two items online. Was told one was out of stock and the balance would be refunded. Received just one item (the one they said was out of stock). Still no refund and no constructive response from customer services. They have now been acquired by Frazer Group who say they don’t have access to the old John Anthony systems. What a shambles. How do I get my money back? Now raised with Amex which I used to buy the items……..

From my first contact with the Bristol store to my last contact with the head office to sort out my error on my order I couldn’t fault the two customer service representatives I dealt with. They were both outstanding.

Took a long time to get my order,when I did go in-store to ask if it had arrived, I had to listen to the sales assistant complaining to his colleague that he'd served 3 customers that day and it was too busy! And he'd also changed a mannequin! My god I wish my job was that hard!!!

Ordered a moose knuckles coat for an xmas present .it came really quick and it was packaged in a box with tissue paper it was really well presented.i would definitely order from John Anthony again .

Busy period week before Christmas when needed item quickly, head office and store staff pleasingly in this day and age dealt with the issue promptly, efficiently, professionally and with kindness. Would definitely shop with this company again.

Quick delivery, great communication. Son was pleased with the jumper.

Been shopping online with John Anthony for around 7 years since I wandered by accident into their shop in Bristol. Always on point , packed amazingly , sent with care ! Wonderful place truly I always suggest them to many friends , thanks guys
