John Barclay shave kit

I was given a shaving kit , old style brush and shaving soap bar. Never used these type of items before but I have to say the shave was fantastic definitely worth the change from foam in a can it really seemed to help the razor give me a closer shave and my skin feels better too. I will be using this style from now on. It is good to get a product that simply works well

AVOID HEADACHES, NEVER USE THEM

I can't believe how this agency won an award for best agency in W9. We are the tenants of a property they manage and we had an issue with our boiler and they took 4 months to fix it. They are a joke.

When we moved in we noticed the boiler wasn’t working properly so we told the leasing agency about it. We informed the situation stating what the issue was. A few days later, they send a contractor, he came and he wasn’t able to figure it out. After these event weeks passed by and the boiler still was not working and the agency forgot about it. We didn’t, we contacted them again and they send a more experienced engineer who said it was best to change it, he reported back to the agency but nothing happened. In December we were very frustrated and they seemed to have forgotten about us again. We contacted them and they sent another contractor because according to them the previous one was not around anymore. This new guy came and also suggested that it was best to change it. (this was mid December). After new years we contacted the agency again to see when they will replace the boiler. There was a new person in the agency handling all maintenance so the person we were in contact before wasn’t there.

When this person took the role she had no idea about our situation, I went to the agency myself to ask about the process and she said she will contact the owner to ask him to replace (This was mid January). After two weeks I check with her again asking her about the replacement of our boiler and she replied to me saying she had no idea what I was talking about. We were upset because I have talked to this person, face to face and now she was saying she had no clue what was going on. I emailed her all the boiler emails I had since October and told her to please do her work and come back to us with an answer.

A few days later she called us saying she was going to send a new contractor to check again the boiler issue. I couldn’t believe that I was about to have a 4th engineer in my house checking over the same thing but I agreed. The person came and he also told me that the best thing to do was to replace it. A few days went by and I had no clue again what was going on so I contacted the agency again, (mid-February) this time she told me they were negotiating with the landlord and that was the reason it was taking this long. She said they will send someone on Thursday that week to replace the boiler.

Thursday came and no one showed up, I emailed her asking if someone was going come for the boiler because I was home (didn’t go to work that day) waiting. She told me the contractor had a problem with the boiler because apparently, the boiler he bought didn’t arrive the previous night, needless to say, they were not able to give me a call sooner letting me know about this. She said that on Friday for sure the contractor will be here. Friday came and no one showed up. I emailed in the afternoon and this time she said the contractor received the boiler but this time it was not the one he ordered. She said that on Saturday he was going to be here between 9 am and 10 am.

On Saturday about 11 am, we contacted them because of course, no one was here. We both were very furious and frustrated because we have been fooled again. We asked them what was happening and they called the contractor and this time the story was that the contractor never received the money for the boiler so he never bought it in the first place, we couldn’t believe that we were lied to in the previous week, we were astonished and more frustrated because the agency had lied and the story was not making sense to us anymore.

TO MAKE THE STORY SHORT, THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE DON'T DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE, FOOL AND LIE TO PEOPLE AND ARE ANYTHING BUT RESPECTFUL.

Hello Carolina,

We appreciate your feedback and of course, as you know we have heard your complaints over the course of the 4 months as you have had replies from the Maintenance team and the Manager.

The boiler issues you were experiencing would not usually qualify for an emergency fix due to the fact it was in working order and you were still provided with hot water and heating. However, even after sending multiple contractors who all advised against getting it fixed we convinced the landlord to go ahead with a repair to spare you any more stress.

We really do respect our tenants and we are disappointed that you feel this way however, we feel we have been forthcoming with our responses to you.

Regarding the issue with the member of staff where you say you felt you were back to the beginning, the person you spoke to the first time was in training and in the second time was their first official day on the job. Although she had not been handed over the details of your concerns with the boiler yet, there were negotiations with the landlord already going ahead with her predecessor and this caused no delay.

Again, we are sorry you feel you have had a negative experience. We have taken this on board and do not take it lightly. We hope we can move on from this and in the future, we hope you find our services satisfactory.

Have a great day,

John Barclay.
