Really helpful, had an idea what I wanted when I went but once I had left I was so happy with the set of wheels I had left with for a great price also. Highly recommend these if you’re looking for a new set of wheels.

Ordered a set of Rok 18's with Premium tyres for just under £760.00 for my Caddy van.
When fitted after a few days the drive got worse. The whole van shock. The steering wheel was jumping the whole body vibrated to a frightening level.
Contacted them immediately about to paint scuffs and then about the drive not being able to go over 55mph.
It shook my mounts and subframe to bits.
A massive garage bill and JBW are refusing that theirs a problem with these wheels.
The garage said their 3mm to big at the hub and their all over the place on the wheel balancer.
Awful experience.
Just being ignored now.

My wheels were delivered the next morning after my purchase over the phone.

Very dissatisfied.
Ordered some Porsche fuches style wheels for my 944 17months ago.
Told they would fit perfectly but they didn’t.
needed 20mm spacers rear and 10 front.
They did the decent thing and chipped in half for spacers so fair play on that one.
I was happy.
However. I think people should know about the lack of longevity with the finish on wheels as I’m now facing a £400 refurb, despite the wheels being less than 1.5year old.
The car has been mainly garaged and has only done approximately 50 miles but the clear coat has all crazed and cracked.
2 specialist’s confirm it’s due to poor/thin clear coat from factory.
JBW state 12month warrantee and I get that this is just outside of that but wheel finishes should last more than this otherwise they aren’t really fit for purpose are they?
JBW (Ivor) tried to fob me off saying it was due to curbing or stone chips, of which there are none (pics provided) then they said it was due to the wrong cleaner like acid cleaner, but I had only used shampoo and water.
After sales were a joke we’re a joke as after I asked for this issue to be escalated they have now refused to reply to my emails.
You would at least think they could either meet in the middle on refurb or exchange/refinish etc?
So, whilst the wheels look good new, maybe think twice unless you want to refinish them in a year or two!

Great people and great service, I ordered wheels and tyres for VW Transporter and I made a mistake on the order, they spotted it and emailed me asking if it was ok to correct it, we need more great companies with great service and attention to detail like these guys!! Will definitely order again! Oh and fair pricing also!!

Just bought a set of Vw Transporter Sportline alloys and tyres from JBW excellent service very quick delivery very well packaged and the best price on internet and eBay .

They can't balance wheels. Was out on all four for an X5, thought it was my transfer box not liking budget tyres, but no. One wheel not perfectly true either. And wrong size wheel bolts supplied , my originals are better quality anyway. But , you have to expect flaws for low price. Happy enough now the car not shaking over 60

Just ordered my second set of wheels from JBW, first set were 18 x 8 steels for vw caddy and just ordered alloys. This is one of the only sets of commercially rated 18 inch alloys ive found for the caddy as previous alloys have cracked which is why i got the steels. Looking forward to the new ones arriving. Good quality wheels and goid company to deal with. I would ignore the negative reviews as its really about how well you protect your wheels, not just what you use to clean them, any diamond cut wheel is a bit of a nightmare to look after and keep nice nomatter where you buy from, also check wheels when they arrive rather than years later and it would save a lot of problems. A lot of the negative reviews are ‘user error’ as we call it at work.

wheels arrived in great time and exceptional condition. they didn’t fit on the hubs of my car properly, so i got in touch and told them the make/model of my car and they sent out the spigot rings free of charge. can’t fault them at all.

What a dreadful company with extremely unhelpful staff i ask for help on a set of wheels i bought for a project i started a few years back they have been sat in boxes never used when I came to put them on i found 2 really badly buckled when I phoned and spoke to a employee they more or less told me to do one and asked me what do you expect us to do. POOR QUALITY WHEELS AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased a set of 13 inch pepper pot Mini Cooper alloys before lock down.

Due to the obvious I was unable to open or use them for a while, when I finally got round to unboxing them the tyre shop informed me that they were extremely WARPED AND POORLY MANUFACTURED.

After going back and forward to an extremely unresponsive unhelpful mailbox at John brown wheels they have shut the case down saying that they no longer manufacture these wheels and will not be refunding or compensating in any way due to them not keeping records of orders longer than 24 months.

No resolution -
I would avoid using these in the future and take my money elsewhere.

Swift sale with no issues.
Advised well by customer service and received great aftercare.
Was more than happy to review and recommend.

I am a driving instructor managed to buckle a wheel on lesson was recommended John brown got me back on the road the same day.

After really thinking for some time about purchasing some wheels from John brown wheels I finally went for it.

Really wished I hadn’t to some extent, after receiving what I thought was my wheels the following day, I was super pleased with the service provided.

This was not the case, I only received one wheel.

The first thing I obviously did was contact the courier (DHL) who would not give me any information to start with, and as I kept pushing they eventually told me no other wheels have checked in.

I then contacted jbw who then contacted DHL and basically was giving me information that was totally different to what DHL had given me.

Phone calls went back and forth and was told remanding wheels would arrive Tuesday, they did not.

Contacted Jbw again and the customer service was poor and really offering me nothing to resolve the issue, and they seemed more concerned about the wheels they had lost, but not the fact that they where my wheels that I had paid for.

They finally agreed to send three wheels out to me again but only because I suggested.

Definitely would not recommend from my recent experience, as feel they are seriously lacking customer service skills and clearly do not put the customer first.

Feel seriously disappointed now compared to last week when I was really looking forward to some new wheels, I really do hope when they finally come there are no further issues 🤞🤞

After receiving my wheels i encountered some issues in the way of losing a centre cap.

I emailed jbw in regards to this and I have to say from the customer service I originally experienced to this was totally different and could not fault.

I feel they couldn’t do enough to help me with resolving this and feel if this was the service received originally I would have been more than happy..

Not sure if I would use again because of my original experience with the wheels, however just because of how well and effectively I was delt with with the centre cap issue there is a lot better chance now.

I have ordered quite a few sets of wheels off JBW , fantastic price and service. Have also recommended them to other people who I know have been more than happy with their purchase. Look forward to dealing with you again in the future.

Very dissapointed with the quality of the wheels I purchased.
Wheel surface has started corroding after 6 months of summer use. After only being on my vehicle from April to October brown marks have appeared under the laquer.
I clean them with Auto Finesse imperial wheel cleaner, and never use any acidic products to avoid any damage. The wheels haven't even seen any road salt, as i take them off in winter to avoid salt damage.
They answered my email concerns of premature wheel corrosion quickly but only to be told its basically tough luck as they only have a 6 month warranty.
Had many diamond cut wheels over the years but never of such low quality.
Turned out to be a total waste of money.

Fantastic experience. Ordered a set of Minilites with Yoko A539s to be shipped to the US. They had an issue with a tire supplier which delayed the order a bit, but they upgraded to faster shipping without my even asking to compensate. Their communication was excellent throughout, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the wheels. Customer service like this is so rare these days, and it sticks out when someone really cares as JBW obviously does. Thanks for a great transaction - I'll be back next time!

I purchased a set of 13x7" Superlites with 175/60 Yokohama A539''s fitted, ordered on the Monday, delivered on the Wednesday, very well packaged and without damage that can sometimes be caused by careless courier's (thanks UPS).
Very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend JBW.

Sell copies of other wheels and quality drop is massive. Why can’t people sell original stuff? No imagination
