Just bought a watch today.
I had met with Dale, the Deputy Manager, on a couple of occasions before making my decision.
He was informative, helpful and patient, putting on no pressure but assisting with my choice.
His knowledge of the Omega brand is amazing.

I took my Rolex in for servicing, and the staff at John Pass Newcastle were extremely welcoming and professional throughout the entire process. The check-in procedure was straightforward, communication was clear and timely, and the watch was returned promptly.
When I went to collect it, the gentleman who assisted me was exceptionally knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to show me other watches from different collections, explaining their unique features and intricacies in detail. His passion for horology and extensive knowledge of Rolex was evident and made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a truly luxurious and memorable experience—exactly the high standard of service you would expect from Rolex. Highly recommended.

I had been tasked with finding out the ring size of my best friend, whose partner was planning to propose. As I already had an appointment at John Pass, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to make it happen.
Before the appointment, I emailed the team to ask for their help, and they were more than happy to get involved. A special mention must go to Angela, who was absolutely wonderful. She immediately put us at ease while remaining professional and discreet throughout. We were able to browse and try on a range of rings, and I genuinely believe my friend Mel had no idea that we were all working together behind the scenes!
We enjoyed a glass of fizz while browsing, and the entire experience felt incredibly special and personal. Within ten minutes of leaving, I received an email from Angela with Mel's ring size and details of the ring she had particularly liked. I passed the information on to her partner, who later returned to purchase the ring—and I'm delighted to say they got engaged last week!
While we were browsing, Angela mentioned that every piece of jewellery tells a story. After this wonderful experience, I feel certain that this moment will forever be part of Mel's story.

Your support played a small but meaningful role in a very special chapter of two people's lives. I would wholeheartedly recommend John Pass to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly memorable experience.

Lucy has been absolutely fantastic throughout my experience. She is incredibly helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She assisted me with my engagement ring, including arranging the resizing, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

I visited John Pass in Crewe needing help with some earrings.
They were so professional. I was greeted by a young girl who offered a seat and a drink as I had to wait for a particular member of staff.
The lady who deals with ear piercing was also so helpful.
I have used John Pass for other things in the past and they never fail.
A beautiful shop, clean and tidy and the staff are amazing.

Had my 35 year old Rolex Explorer II serviced and refurbished, new crystal, dial, hands, bezel etc. Came back looking like new and keeping great time (for a Rolex!), not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

The John Pass team at Newcastle are all extremely friendly and experienced. Particular mention to Matt who ensures the whole customer experience is excellent. He has a great depth of knowledge and helps you look at the options as a customer and make an informed decision. Would highly recommend a visit, whether just for a browse & get ideas, or to purchase where you'll be in a safe & friendly environment. Highly recommended!

The staff are lovely, and the customer service goes above and beyond. Steve helped us he was so attentive. We left with two beautiful watches and some lovely diamond earrings for our 25th wedding anniversary. Steve even gave us a bottle of bubbly.I will go no where else now.

Called in John Pass in Newcastle to have a look at some options for an eternity ring for my wife. Angela couldn’t have been anymore accommodating. What was a pop in visit turned into an experience and we were able to order the ring and was given a collection date.

Travelled from north wales to visit this amazing shop and it was more than we expected. Lovely shop window display and parking outside. Very warm welcome from friendly staff. We were offered a choice of drinks whilst browsing. We than had a made a few choices and Caroline was so so helpful I. Guiding us to make a final choice. Gift wrapping was included and we left feeling well pleased and above. We will return and recommend also a 2nd shop if interested in Rolex . Thank you

Fantastic and ethical family run business. I cannot praise John Pass Jewellers highly enough. I made an auction purchase which they identified as not fit for purpose and they assisted me enormously in obtaining a refund.

I contacted John Pass Jewellers with a problem concerning my late mums watch which they purchased from me some years ago.
I needed the proof of sale which I could not get from my bank as it was over 7yrs ago.
I spoke to Howard during a couple of calls and a lady, who I unfortunately didn't get her name.
I can not praise them both enough for their help in retrieving the information I needed.
It was not an easy task for them as they needed to go back seven years.
I had the information very quickly and they were so professional, in the way that they updated me on their search on several occasions.
Nothing was too much trouble.
