Wonderful experience buying a VW Golf. Reasonably priced and car was in good condition. I've had the car 3 weeks now and so far I'm happy with it. I dealt with Ben through the whole process and he is a gentleman and very professional. I wish him every success fir the future.
I am reluctant to give this crowd of cowboys even 1 star. They sold a dud car to us in December 2019 (yes in hindsight we should have gotten an independent mechanic to inspect it). In the following weeks and months we reported numerous problems with it, they acknowledged the problems and took the car in to be looked at but their useless mechanics failed to identify or fix the issue. An independent mechanic and also the Mazda main dealer then had a look and said the car was knackered and had been for a long time. James Drinkwater at JSM then refused to reply to any further correspondence on the issue and said too much time had passed (they were closed during lockdown and the car wasn’t driven). We now have a small claims court case going through. I wouldn’t recommend anybody uses this company of untrustworthy and clueless car mechanics and salesmen. Go somewhere else. Their cars are a mess. Lesson learned.

The service was exceptional. From the test drive the weekend before to collecting the car I was treated respectfully and the paperwork was ready and correct when I went to collect the car.
If you are new to buying a car, this is the place to go, no pressure from pushy salesmen, just friendly, helpful advice.
I am "petite" and worried about reaching the clutch effectively, so they even threw in a back support for me! I was given plenty of fuel to get me back down the M62 to Liverpool too. What's not to like!!
