Creative and curious person. Focus in accomplish targets and creative solutions. Experienced professional in other areas and looking for an opportunity to be change career. I have experience in business analysis

I have experience in business analysis, KPI monitoring, and process improvement. As a Business Performance Analyst Intern at SAPCO, I helped design and implement KPI frameworks and automated reporting in Excel, reducing manual work by 35%. I also documented business processes and supported BPMN modeling while collaborating with different teams.

Later, as a Project Business Analyst at Golrang Company, I worked with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and manage user stories in Azure DevOps.
