Ordered six different items. Took four weeks to receive. Two items were the same thing and same color, so they got 30% of the order wrong. Attempts to correct via email met with replies that appeared prewritten, were inappropriate to fix the situation, and focused on denying that they had made a mistake. The shirts I ordered are smaller than the standard size designation used by other manufacturers. Customer support showed diligence responding to repeated requests for a refund, but each was met with a paltry, insufficient figure and returns are discouraged because of the expense to ship back to China. I finally caved and accepted a 50% refund and will donate the wrong color/too small items to charity or give as gifts. I like the styles offered by this company (some are pretty cool) but will never order from them again and will dissuade others from doing business with them.

Ordered a men's shirt, got a woman's swimsuit. When I contacted support I was told this is what I ordered. I showed a screenshot from their website of my order, clearly showing that I ordered a men's shirt, and showing that my order # was different than the order# that arrived. They still said I needed to contact the shipper as it was the shipper error. I just want my shirt. Offered me $10. Run away - not a reputable company.

Rubbish service and refuse refunds STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY it is a fraud.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM SITE. I PLACED AN ORDER ON 10/06/2024, IT IS NOW 11/01/2024 AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. SPENT $84.00 AND RECEIVED NOTHING. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have had 8 shirts from them so far. Sizes were a little inconsistent (I.e. 4Xl were slightly larger than 5xl) but overall satisfaction. Delivery time to uk was quite long, but most hold up was with USA customs.

Place is a scam. I wear exlarge. Ordered 2xlarge. Shirt would be lucky to fit a child. I couldn't even button it. Sent complaint email. They said they sent me the right shirt and no refund. Do no order from these people.

Do NOT do business with these people. Two of the three shirts I ordered were extremely poorly printed and transferred. Picture and alphabetic images on the fabric were blurred beyond recognition, and the fabric itself was junk.

When I sought a refund of the $46.68 cost of those two shirts, I was offered $8.00 and informed that I would be responsible for returning them to China even though the package came from Chicago. I was also told that returning them to China would cost more than the amount charged for the shirts.

These guys are total sleazebag scammers.

I asked for an XL. After 3 weeks I received a S. I have writen twice to their customer service, where they tell you they will reply within 48 hours. Weeks later - still nothing. So wrong item, no exchange, no refund. A Scam site.

I ordered a 3XL Halloween shirt for a party. I normally take a 2XL, but wanted a loose fitting. Whilst it took 4 weeks to arrive, I had bought it in plenty of time. When it arrived, I could not even button it up. This is a Large at best.
I contacted the company with photographs and the response was 'Give it to a friend and buy another'. Absolutely shocking customer service. Buyer Beware

Horrible, terrible, sleazy, miserable company--RUN, do not walk; RUN away from anything this bag of slimeballs is selling! It took over a MONTH to receive one piece of 💩 shirt; when it arrived, it's 100% Polyester, it's so sheer that it can't be washed, and it's supposed to be a LARGE--an Asian CHILD probably couldn't wear this! What a horrible experience!

Folks this place is NOT a scam…it DOES take between 15-20 days to get a shipment in the US. But the shirts are unique and great for performing on stage…a very lightweight polyester with great, colorful, vivid designs. Face it, you’re paying 24.00 USD for a shirt- it’s not going to be a Ralph Lauren chemise - BUT for the price, it is a fair product. Treat it gently, wash and hang dry and my shirts have lasted well. I have bought about 18 shirts in 3 different orders and I have had only one mis-fitting…the shirts run very small so order 2 sizes larger than you normally would…

Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews before I ordered a shirt. Much the same experience as the other frustrated customers; It took almost two months to arrive, *really bad* graphics on material that must have been meant for upholstery or something, sized for a small Chinese person, insulent and incorrigible Customer Service, etc.. Went through 4 or 5 rounds of email smokescreen before I got a return address in China even though the tracking for the shipment originated in Logroño Spain.

Took 20 days to get there. Rather flimsy material and shirt doesn't fit.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered 2 shirts and a hat. They never arrived. When I contacted the "company" they said that according to the tracking information it was delivered and I should go to my post office. The post office informed me the order/tracking number was a scam and not valid.

Ordered two guitar shirts. After an eternity, they arrived in the same package. I ordered both in 2XL. One fit perfectly, the second one, labeled, "2XL" was so small, I could barely get it over my head. Customer no-service said I was sent the correct order. They said I could return the shirt but shipping to China would be very expensive. They offered me a $2 refund and I could keep the shirt!! I asked them to send me a correctly sized shirt with a pre-paid return package and I'd send the tiny shirt back. No, but they upped the refund to $4! Beware of tiny shirts from China!!

I ordered a top for st Patrick's day for my hubby 1.5 months later still not here and the customer service is automated so no help

Ordered a guitar shirt and found out later it was a scam. well, it came, It was from Spain and in the states here I wear a 2xl. when the shirt came, it was so small a young boy would not have got to wear it. THEY SAID THROUGH E-MAIL THAT THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND IT UNLESS IT WAS DAMAGED. Total Scam

I ordered over one month ago. I wish I had cked these complaints first before I ordered! Haven’t gotten shirts and keep referring back to new messages that keep you in the loop of saying it’s in Transit- still in Italy. Did anyone get their money back?😫 Probably not! It’s a SCAM!😡

This is a scam, They sent several email in the beginning stating your items are on there way--never got here. I contacted them in early Janury they stated my address was incorrect and I need to send more money for the items to be released from the post office. I knew they were lying when I went onto there tracking system and my items were 2 provinces away! Stay away!!!

Absolutely horrible. Ordered Nov 30 and as of January 12 it’s not here. No updates on delivery and no one knows what’s going on. They only refer you back to tracking which hasn’t been updated since late Dec. This is a scam. Do not order from them.
