Worst service there is. Stuck in Sri Lanka , company doesn’t care about clients , there aren’t any infos about anything , have to call them everyday and everyday there is a different story. Trying to scam people with transfers , hotels etc. Law suit is coming in when we get back home. DONT EVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY.
Well done. All information, on flight, vouchers were given just in time. Smooth transfer experience. Great time spent in hotel. No delay during return.
Terrible service. I traveled with my family and two small children (6 months and 2.3 years old) on a vacation to Egypt, Hurghada. Originally, I booked one set of dates, but a week before departure they changed the dates and shortened the trip by 2 days. After that, the Tallinn–Hurghada flight was delayed by 3.5 hours.
Hotel check-in: we were placed in a completely different hotel than the one I had booked, without any explanation. The hotel was awful, the cleanliness was absolutely zero. Even though we tipped the cleaner, nothing changed. My children were bitten by bedbugs.
The return flight was delayed by 27 hours. I missed work, and Join Up refused to compensate the lost wages, arguing that I had “agreed to the terms of the trip” and could have canceled the booking. There was no information in the booking that the flight would be delayed by 27 hours.
I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. I deeply regret supporting a domestic company.
Unacceptable service from Join Up Polska.
Our flight U5 7551 Rzeszow–Sharm El Sheikh was suddenly moved to Lublin and than DELAYED by 7 hours — with no clear communication and only food vouchers offered.
My family had to buy multiple tickets for transportation from Ukraine to Lublin and then look for a hotel because small children would not be able to stay at the airport all night.
It feels like we’re being punished for just trying to travel.
First, they make us suffer for hours at the Polish border — and then Join Up Polska do the same at the airport.
Compared to the Ukrainian Join Up, which is professional and organized, Join Up Polska feels chaotic, indifferent, and far below European standards.
Disaster – avoid Join Up!
This was the worst travel experience of my life. Everything was chaotic, information was contradictory, and customer service completely ignored my requests. Bookings were incorrect, and the service standards were nothing like what was advertised. I feel cheated and completely wasted my time and money. Join Up is a total disaster – do not risk it!
Our experience with join up is terrible. Never again with these scumbags. I'll start with the flight, which was nothing but delayed. We didn't even get water on the plane, the staff kept going to the toilets to smoke. After arriving in Egypt, we waited 8 hours without water, food and toilets before we secured accommodation in the hotel we were flying to. At the reception they told us that they had no reservations from join up and that the hotel was full. Join up, never again. After an hour of solving the problem, they stopped communicating and left us alone. We will want compensation for the ruined holiday.
I often travel abroad and mostly choose JoinUP services. They have their own airline and good foreign partners.
Very bad experience. The planes are in bad condition. We are in Egypt, the cars intended for transportation should no longer be carrying people, they are very, very old and in disrepair. We had booked a boat trip to the White Island - although the weather forecast showed wind - the excursions did not agree to move it. Only after the boat left, the boat returned and sailed along the coast, we did not see the island, it was a waste of time and money. This was the first and last trip with this agency.
I advise against travel with join up poland, trip to Egypt was shortened from 8 days to 7 days, departure 8 hours late (instead of 9 pm it was 5.30 am the next day) and there was no extra bed for a 3rd person in the room despite the reservation, so we slept in 3 on two beds for the entire stay! Despite interventions at the hotel and with the resident, they reject complaints because that's how they like it and the resident only shows up to sell trips and does not help with anything else. You can't get through on the phone. Wasted vacation and I do not recommend trips with join up to anyone!
As we arrived in Egypt with join up, our guide showed up and started to recommend different excursions. Between them was that “all in one” excursion where you go on a boat, go diving, safari and camel trip.
Let’s start with the thing that it was supposed to be from 6.00 am and until 7.30 pm. However, the day before we were told that the car will come and bring us at 6.50 am (by the way, they even were late and took us at 7.12 am). Moreover, the excursion itself lasted only to 3 pm, and then an hour and a half the way to the hotel, all in all we were in our room at 5 pm. Where did the rest 2 hours and a half go??
We had 2 guides: one for polish people and one for romanians. There were also tourist from other countries with us, but none of the guides spoke English for them. Only the photographer was very kind and translated all the stuff they were saying.
And now I am talking in bold: THE BOTH OF THE GUIDES WERE TERRIBLE AND RUDE. We had a situation where one of the tourist got sick, he vomited and nearly fainted. Both of the guides saw him vomiting but none approached and asked if help was requiered. More here, when we asked one of them why they haven’t done a thing, they told us that they didn’t know about this. Not that he lied to us (we saw them looking at the poor man), he also made themselves stupid in this situation, because HOW the guide can not know what is going on with the tourists he is responsible of.
Therefore, they were always in a huge hurry: at very stop we didn’t even manage to look around or even go to the toilet that they were starting to get us back to the bus. Then we understood why they do so: because the faster we finish, the sooner they go home. And that is the most unbelievable thing: the guide should always watch all tourist go to their hotels and just then go for his personal things, as it happens in all other countries. But no, after our excursion, he left the first and gave us in the responsibility of the driver (which permanently was speeding at his phone, that was quite annoying).
Now more about the excursion itself. The bout was actually good, thanks to the profesional divers and the personal of the boat: they cere kind and lovely with everybody.
But after the boat the nightmare began: as we got to safari, we were taken to the motorcycles (kind of), and surprisingly many of them weren’t working properly. After that we came to the oasis, and, the most interesting thing, was that the guides WERE NOT coming with us. Imagine a bunch of tourist that are here for the first time and have to climb a nearly perpendicular mountain, having as a support only a thin rope. Yes, that was our case. None of the guides came with us, they decided that it would be better if they stay and drink a coffee at the tents below. Women, man and even children were facing a real challenge not to die by climbing this, many of us didn’t even made and half a way gave up because of the enormous effort and lack of support from guides.
At the end of this excursion the only question that appears is: What is a human’s life for them? Lack of responsibility, profesionalism and simple humanity. We were disgusted by the attitude they gave us. Never, I repeat, never going with them again on an excursion.
I would have given it a zero if I had such an opportunity, but I decided that I would give one star to the only person who performed his duties - a Ukrainian steward.
We're from Latvia. Two days before returning home, my younger sister fell ill: fever, vomiting and severe cough. On the airplane she started gagging. No one had a vomit bag in their seat pocket. Mom called the stewardess, and she pretended not to understand Russian speech (the whole crew was Ukrainian). “Bag” in two languages ONE WORD, and without words it is clear that the child is bad! My sister started to vomit. The stewardess was happy about the situation.
I contacted JoinUp, but my messages are ignored. As I understand it, the company has this attitude, that is why the stewardess allows herself this attitude. This is the system, be prepared for chauvinism.
It is sad that it is our family that helps Ukrainian refugees.
Travelled with Join UP! , the best vacation ever! Lady who sold me the trip was sooo kind and helpful!
Hotel also was amazing. Thanks a lot! <3
We went to Egypt, on the way back my Ukranian girlfriend was denied boarding, their worker at check in desk made a mistake, so whaf theyy offered is to leave her behind in the middle of the night without new tickets without hotel. Zero help from agents. Holiday were turned in to nightmare.
We bought a tour to Cyprus with departure from Chisinau. First, the date of the flight was changed (the flight on 28/09 was cancelled, we agreed on 24/09). Because of this, we had to change the vacation dates. And as a bonus, the departure time was postponed 5 times (6:00, 17:50, 20:10, 21:40, 23:00, 23:21), for a total of 17.5 hours. We arrived in Chisinau almost a day before departure and took a hotel in anticipation of any surprises from Join up, because we were told that the departure time can be changed at any time, both earlier and later...
That is, we were robbed of almost a day of paid rest (17.5 hours) and we did not receive any even symbolic compensation. To avoid!
"Join Up!" sold me unusable travel tickets and refused to refund a single cent
Tickets were purchased not even an hour ago (at the time) and even after a swift contact with their support, "nothing could have been done". I am ultimately disappointed as this ruined my honeymoon, after waiting for their response over the weekend, I got a very generic answer that they took 100% of my money and that's it
Avoid these organizers, they have no human decency at all.
