Jon let me down and then disappeared

Jon let me down and then disappeared. He charged top prices for a boiler replacement. Some of the work wasn't carried out correctly, but when I tried to get him to return to fix it, he ignored my calls, emails and social media attempts to contact him. The new installation has since failed twice and cost me over £600 to fix and I also have over £1,000 more costs to incur to re-route the pipes that have bee fitted incorrectly.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS & DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE FRIENDLY SMILS!!

Now you are making it up as you go…

Now you are making it up as you go along. More lies. I have sent five signed for letters of complaint to which you have not replied in which I have shown you that Worcester Bosch say you have wrongly done the work and even your last suggestion to rectify things is not possible to do - another piece of evidence of your incompetence. I do not trust you - you only reply if I go on social media - and I can prove you did wrongly some of what you were supposed to do but I cannot prove you didn't do what you were supposed to do - your work is not to be trusted. The way you have handled this is no way for a company to go on.

I have had several projects done by Jon…

I have had several projects done by Jon Longhurst and his company since 2010. One of the top specialist at the plumbing area. I would highly recommend to use his services and characterised him and his company as a trust worthy, skilful and reliable professionals.

Boiler installation

I had a brand new boiler installed by John longhurst ltd. They delivered, fantastic customer service, the workman ship was of high standards and I would recommend them to anyone.
