Worst ever
Worst ever. I had one thing left to complete the verification and then they blocked me from sending documents. I tried the alternative they said to try but didn’t work. I talked to someone via email then they quit responding. Seems like they want to keep it and not pay me. They have 4000.00 of mine in there that I can’t get out. Wouldn’t recommend

I had a very frustrating experience with this casino. They asked me to verify my account using a site called Sumsub, but the site wasn't working. I uploaded proof that the site wasn't functioning and followed their instructions to upload my documents in an alternative location they provided. Despite this, they rejected my withdrawal, claiming I hadn't uploaded the documents to Sumsub, even though I explained the issue. This situation is extremely disappointing and has caused unnecessary delays
