JoomShaper (JS) is a joomla company that is intentional about quality & customer satisfaction, i came across joomshaper sometime in 2016 and ever since, i never regret signing up. Moreover joomshaper have some of the nicest customers service specialists ever.

I've been an SP Page Builder user since its early versions and have witnessed the impressive evolution of this product over the years. JoomShaper has constantly added new features and improvements, transforming SP Page Builder into an extremely powerful and versatile page builder. I particularly appreciate that the developers listen to user feedback and integrate our suggestions into subsequent updates. Thanks to SP Page Builder, I've been able to keep up with the latest web design trends and offer my clients modern and high-performing websites. I highly recommend it to anyone working with Joomla!

SP Pagebuilder has become almost a standalone development tool. The elements support most needed functions without having to install other modules. I like the level of control over padding, margins, colors, borders, and animation. For special needs, write your own CSS within each element without leaving the editing page. It's powerful.

once u figure the interface out everything works very smooth, the product it very slick but that's not joomshaper strong point ...their strong point is customer service pretty damme fast, and they have a chat that actually works.
price is not everything but for what joomshaper delivers its a bargine

My experience with JoomShaper has been extremely positive. I have been a customer for at least 3 or 4 years, and during this time, the quality of the extensions and the support provided have always stood out. Whenever I needed assistance, I was promptly attended to with effective and well-targeted solutions.

The extensions offered by JoomShaper meet the needs of most users in a broad and efficient manner. They are intuitive, practical, and highly functional, making it easier to build and manage professional websites with advanced features.

Suggestions for Improvement
I would like to highlight an opportunity for improvement in the SP Property extension. Recently, a feature was implemented to make property images clickable, which significantly enhanced the user experience. However, extending this functionality to the homepage property search module (SP Property Properties) would make the user experience even more consistent and intuitive.

I reaffirm my satisfaction with JoomShaper's products and support, which have greatly contributed to the success of my projects. I will continue to be a loyal customer and highly recommend the platform to anyone looking for practical and reliable web development solutions.

It is a very nice and successful plugin. It makes it easy to create any type of website you want. The support team is very good and finds solutions to problems in a short time.

Support was quick to assist with issues, even though they were entirely on my end. I'm sure I will need them again and they will be just as quick to answer.

They always solve problems/bugs relative to their software. Very good support.

Its by far the best builder for joomla, have tried several and this is my tool of choise every time.
Simple and intuitive, you can sellect the necesary elemments and place them in to the builder real easy

A big thank you to Joomshaper for their amazing support - once again. Following some issues with a hacked website from an extension added by a developer - they were able to advise me about upgrading my Joomla versions. As I am not too technical they guided me through the whole process and even helped me with issues on my own server and hosting account. Everything I asked they helped me with.

I had help from Toufiqur who had helped me a few years ago with a site. He completely understood my issues from the first conversation and put my mind at rest - restoring my site in quick time. He even went further helping me with other issues and helped me understand how to fix them myself.

I would definitely recommend Joomshaper and I am currently bringing 2 other customers over to Joomshaper templates for their website - utilising the page builder software.

Amazing support

Support is outstanding! They even provided help at late hours of night (for them), and carefully explained issues and solved them. Toufiq not only solved the problem, but took time to allow me to execute the solution by myself and make sure it was done correctly.
