After ordering an item online I realised I should have taken a smaller size. Customer service was very quick to react and advise, and filed an order cancellation request for me. I shop from JOSEPH online and from their Paris-based boutique and I have always been offered great service.

Customer service is very good but feel refunds process could be improved. This is the second time I had to wait for over 2 weeks to get a refund processed. Website does say it can take up to 10 working days but looks like 10 working days in the minimum rather than the exception

I ordered the same dress in two sizes for my daughter and had to return the smaller one in the end. I packed the return parcel incorrectly and it was returned to me by the carrier. Joseph customer service were very understanding and helpful, especially Jess who went out of her way to correct my mistake.

My first time purchasing from Joseph after seeing the brand at a store and got the style I wanted to try it at home. Unfortunately it's not the fit and material I keen to wear and the team is so very kind to make arrangement for my international returns. Helpful and efficient!

Very helpful customer services when I had ordering problems

I’ve spent a lot with Joseph and the last blouse I bought stained when I hand washed it. I’ve never seen anything like it. An expensive fail. And Joseph refused to credit note me or replace it. Awful customer service. And yes, one of your team replied to say that there was nothing they could do. It was my fault even though I did exactly what the label recommended. That's not an answer - its a wriggle.

I made an order, on the next day it was cancelled. In the message from the shop it was no information about the reason of cancellation and timeline for refund. Nothing.
