This transaction was doomed from the start. Not only did I discover that the USD1495 Cenda long coat I purchased was being sold by Net-a-Porter and Harrods for up to USD200 less (free express shipping included), but Joseph customer service refused to price match and instead suggested I simply send the package back once received. I’d have done that, except that the package never arrived, owing to Joseph having improperly completed customs clearance paperwork. This resulted in the package getting impounded at US Customs. DHL has now arranged for return of the package to Joseph, and I’ve done a chargeback on my credit card. I will never deal with Joseph (or buy its clothing) again - Max Mara is getting my hard earned money.

Exceptionally delayed shipment. 7 days and item link got tracking still not active.

I need to make a return but I don't have a return label and the customer care service does not answer my request.
Love their products but will ever order on line again.

I went into great detail as to why I needed to return this shirt even after the return time!I knew it was thats why I contacted the customer service!I thought just this once an exception could be made I only want a different size I love the shirt!Was given the pat answer our return policy is.......really there needs to be some exceptions orginal box and tags still on it !!!Rebecca
