Be Warned, do not rent with them
The first thing is their office manager, not sure what her actual title is, Darleana Jaramillo. She was rude from the start. Very loud. We were on Housing and she knew how Housing works. Housing starts paying from the moment inspection passes. Yet, She didn't let us move in until 2 days after. My case manager said they were paid on the 15th, yet Darleana wouldn't let us move in until the 17th, and that was after I promised to make sure that I would talk to my case manager that next Monday. Telling me I needed to come up with the rent before I could move in when she had the contract with Provo Housing.
Whenever I would message her, she was very rude about it. Then in moving out, I told her the day and she disagreed but then found out that I was right and no apologies for it. Never apologized for anything.
The property manager was very nice and quick responses. Always a problem with the billing because the rent was due on the 1st and Housing paid it on the 1st yet billing didn't show it until the 5th so I would get a late notices for it.
Calling the office was always a problem.
Started renting from them on August 15, 2024 but wanted to wait to give review after I was moved out.
