I was disappointed that I received the wrong product but I was very satisfied with the customer care correspondence and ease of return. They even offered me the opportunity to repurchase at the discounted price I had originally paid for the lamp since the offer was no longer available. Satisfied. thank you.

Still 5 stars for Jotex, they deserve all the credit alone
I am updating my review to give Jotex the full, undivided credit they deserve. In my original review from January, I wasn't sure whether the incredibly fast shipping was due to Jotex or the logistics provider. Having now experienced how that same logistics company handles standard private shipments, I realize it was Jotex's efficiency and strong corporate standards doing all the heavy lifting.
Aside from their great products, their customer service is top-tier. When I had a small mix-up with a curtain hanging system, they were incredibly helpful, quickly provided a return label, and even offered to match my original price if I re-ordered. Jotex is truly effective, service-oriented, and fully earns their five stars all on their own. Highly recommended.
