Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The quality of the jumper I purchased was far below acceptable — after just one wash, following the care instructions, it was left bobbled and looking worn.
I contacted customer service immediately with photos and requested an exchange. This was refused without any meaningful explanation or attempt to resolve the issue.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Once payment was taken, there was no interest in helping or standing behind the product. I regret this purchase and would not buy from this company again.

Non Delivery
My parcel was not delivered despite the delivery company saying it had been. I phoned Joules to report this. Adam was extremely helpful. He ordered the item for me again, this time to be delivered to a store of my choosing and refunded the delivery charge .

I was extremely impressed with Joules customer service. Lola was extremely helpful on the live chat, even on a Sunday afternoon. The delivery company Evri had completely messed up and lost my parcel and Lola immediately re-ordered the items, refunded me for one of the items that was no longer available and also refunded my delivery cost. Fantastic customer service - I am a long time customer of Joules and will continue to be in the future!

Rosaline from the customer service team was excellent. She was clear and efficient and fully resolved my query. Yesterday, I placed two orders and cancelled the first. However today, I received an email to say that both orders were out for delivery despite me cancelling one of them. Rosaline ensured that my cancelled order would be returned without a fuss, organising collection for my incorrect order and refunding me for the shipping cost.
