I called Customer Services with a query regarding a return I wanted to make, that was not a straightforward issue.
Michelle understood my concern immediately and was very understanding. She dealt with the issue, which was my fault, in a professional, friendly, non judgemental and helpful manner. The issue was resolved very satisfactorily, without any fuss, much to my relief and gratitude. Michelle was excellent in handling this situation and is a credit to Joules. I have been a customer of Joules for some years and have always experienced good customer service in store. However, this experience exceeded the positive view I already had of Joules.

The problem I had was of my own making although I didn’t know it at the time. Michelle took my call and couldn’t have been more helpful. She looked at my order asked a few questions and put my mind at ease. My email address was spelt incorrectly, all me! I’m so glad I didn’t go in all guns blazing. Michelle was very calm and so helpful. Note to self…double check your addresses before pressing ‘Buy’

Jody was super efficient & polite. Resolved my return collection without any problem. Thankyou.

Carl in customer service was absolutely amazing, and I am so touched at him ringing me today after sending pictures of a pair of shoes I received that had been worn, and the box they were sent in looking like it had been in a car crash.

There were no more of this size in stock so I was a given a discount to keep them, which wasn't ideal, and I could have returned them, but wanted them for a holiday, so wouldn't be able to get anymore, and Carl double checked online and this size had come into stock since talking to his colleague earlier today which was great, he ordered them to arrive tomorrow, arranged the return of the worn shoes, and gave me a gift card.

Thank you so much Carl, and a phone call was so much more personal than a email, and I really appreciated that he had seen the pictures that I had sent on the email and reached out to me this afternoon. This is what customer service is.

I have also asked that the employee that thought it was ok to send the disgusting item in the battered box to me is spoken to also, as there was no quality control for this employee, and totally unacceptable to even consider sending what they did to a customer

Contacted Joules customer services for help with an order, Jody was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It’s great to know that good customer service is alive and well, at joules. Well done Jody. The clothing is great too, fantastic quality and style.

I had reason to check when the delivery was coming and spoke to Michelle who was most helpful and provided me with the information I needed. It was good to speak to someone who made you feel like you were important to them and was willing to help.

Following my disappointment at not having my purchase delivered to the store on the day it was promised I spoke to Jody at customer service. Jody was very helpful in resolving the issue sending a replacement to my home which I received the following day. I also received a call to ask if I was happy with the delivery, which I am.

Because my order had got lost in transit.

I had issues today creating a new account so that I could purchase some items quite urgently, as when I tried to fill in the 10% discount application, it just crashed.
So I ended up talking to Nicola on their chat line, she was just brilliant & patient in sorting out my issue/s efficiently & quickly, needless to say items were purchased, I received my 10% introductory discount & the products are due to be delivered on Monday! Thank you Nicola, great service from a excellent company to deal with.

The young man, Carl, was very polite and professional and resolved the problem with no quibble at no extra cost to us . First rate!

I’ve had 3-4 over the last few years, because the style is - or should be - a staple - but have stopped buying. Something odd about the fabrics. The navy ones shrank, even if I replaced with size 16 (I’m a 12). But I had a light blue one which remained bizarrely enormous. And they don’t wash well, 3 had to be discarded when normal every day marks would not come out.

Neede a winter coat for my Cockapoo Teddy. i shop with Joules for my clothes and on my google search found that they sold dog coats. The coat we both liked was the Joules Cherington coat and it was in the sale £32 down to £9 so it was now definitely our favourite. Ordered online Tue £3.95 delivery and delivered next day Wed. and Teddy loves it. Keeps him warm and keeps him dry. We both say Thank you Joules.

I had a query handled by Jody very professionally. Jody was very friendly, put me at my ease and returned the call as promised.

I ordered a little coat and some leggings for my friend’s 18-month-old daughter, and oh my days, when they arrived, they were even more adorable in person!

The quality is absolutely beautiful. The fabric feels durable yet soft, the stitching is excellent, and the designs are just so charming and well made.

I was beyond excited to show my friend, and she was just as delighted when she saw them. It made the perfect surprise gift!

Everything from ordering to delivery was smooth and hassle-free, and the overall quality really exceeded my expectations.
