The Journee team was available throughout the trip and responsive when I needed help. I think they planned a great adventure for me, and I had a great time. All the experiences were fun and educational. The guides were excellent and really knew their history. The lead-up to the trip was so much fun. I shared all my clues with friends, and I didn't have any planning to do before the trip. It was a very relaxing way to go on vacation!

I completed the Journee quiz on a whim and booked a trip without knowing the destination, and I am so glad I did!
My Journee trip was the perfect combination of guided tour, and solo adventure. The Journee team, knowledgeable tour guides, and super friendly locals made so many great recommendations for things to see, and places to eat that i nearly forgot my destination was a mystery until just a few days before! I also ended up meeting so many wonderful locals and travelers thanks to all the different daily excursions Journee had in place!

Journee planned the perfect trip for me and gave me the confidence to do my own exploration. They took care of all the stressful parts of travel, and allowed me to enjoy the journey.

WOW!! just WOW!! well this was our first ever trip with Journee. I took a chance on a company I knew little about. It massively paid off, we were headed to Florence. An unbelievable way to spend my birthday. Myself and fiancé headed to Gatwick and the adventure began, Love this concept and have told everyone I know to try it at least once. I have always organised the holidays as, I did with Spain a few months later. BUT this trip was all organised and we were able to experience places in Italy we would never have seen/done. The guided tour was both fun and informative, the trips to villages and even had time to see master butcher Dario Cecchini ( my partner was super excited). All our travel apart from the bus to Pisa and the shuttle back to the airport were organised. We even had a coach trip. 'The Hotel Executive' was so lavish, breakfast included. Located in a cute town centre, close to the amenities and traditional restaurants. From those who like to have the organisation and planning to those who are now Journee converts, we will definitely book with them again. Thank you Journee!

What an amazing experience! Journee didn’t choose one of the bucket-list destinations I submitted, but instead took everything I shared in the questionnaire and matched me perfectly with Munich, Germany and Salzburg, Austria. They absolutely nailed it. The trip was stunning—exactly what I envisioned my vacation to be, but without me having to lift a finger.

Not only was the destination spot-on, but every excursion was thoughtfully planned and aligned perfectly with what I enjoy. I had the right balance of relaxation, adventure, and sightseeing. Along the way, I met some incredible people—both fellow Journee travelers and others—who were blown away when I told them how the experience worked. Several even asked for the details so they could use Journee for their next trip.

The surprise factor, the sense of mystery, and the fact that all the planning is done for you is the cherry on top. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I’m definitely booking again for next year’s adventure!

I traveled a lot for work for 24 years and had to make so many plans for hundreds of destinations. Now I just want to go - anywhere I have not been. The Journee app was so easy to complete, and I was thrilled with my itinerary. The clues had me guessing all the way to the airport. I was thrilled to be sent to Sevilla, Cordoba, and Grenada. I leaned so much about history, culture, and food. The palaces, forts, architecture was amazing, dating back to the late 700’! 😳 and the tapas were delicious! Loved the excursions and accommodations. Can’t wait to do this again! Thanks Journee!

Once again this is my 4th or 5th journee trip. I've done solo trips, ive done my 40th with my best friend, ive taken my older boys 16 and 17 and ive just got back from with my cousin! Poland this time and it was just fab, so much to do and see, embraced their culture and learnt about the history of the country which is unbelievable! Delicious food and lots of fun! The trips from Journee were perfect for us. We enjoyed every minute! Can't wait to do the next one!

We filled in our questionnaire advising where we have been before or didn’t want to go. We advised what we like from a holiday. We then received 8 different clues but we still didn’t work out where we were going. Our pack arrived about 10 days before and we decided to have a total surprise and opened it at the airport. We had a two centre holiday with train tickets provided for the second destination. The boarding cards were easily downloaded on our mobile. The pack had a day by day itinerary. We had two day trips included which were both brilliant and geared to us as foodies. Hotels were central and within walking distance of the train stations. Great experience, we would definitely use Journee again and would recommend for a stress free holiday.

Unbelievable! First time traveling internationally and will definitely do it again very soon. Everything was super easy to set up and we were able to relax once we arrived in Athens. Never thought I’d be able to just go with the flow in a foreign country, but Journey’s planning and experience made the trip as stress free as possible. Took me less work and stress than a weekend trip. Felt like we got to see all the major local gems without wasting time and money on mediocre experiences. Added my son to the journey for very reasonable price. I can’t imagine finding flights and lodging for the price of the entire trip Journee planned. Felt so safe and comfortable I’d even return for a solo trip planned through them. Thanks for an amazing experience and opening my eyes to international travel.

This is one of the greatest trips I've been on and I went solo too. Journee did everything which I truly appreciate. The tours I went on, the places that I explored, the restaurants I ate at, all chefs kiss. I would definitely go on another Journee trip. Even when I had some airline issues, Journee was right there with me. Thank you so much Journee. Till we meet again. 🥰

This is my second Journee trip. I went to Ireland for 6 days of good food, of course great beer, surprisingly sunny weather, opportunities to experience history from several different operators, and mostly to view such a beautiful island.
Journee takes care of everything. I am tired of making my own plans and worrying if it will all work out.

Journee planned the most incredible trip for me to Albania! Amazing accommodation, life changing excursions, and the guide they sent me was really thorough and helpful tips on restaurants, language learning and sightseeing in my free time. Would highly recommend to anyone! Especially solo travellers!!!

We absolutely loved our Journee experience! The clues leading up to the trip were so fun and really added to the excitement. Every tour they arranged was wonderful, and the quality of the welcome pack they sent was impressive. It was truly worth every penny — in fact, we already have our second trip booked!

Our second trip with Journee and we were not disappointed!
Everything was so well organised, from the moment we got our proposal, to arriving back in the UK - it couldn’t have been easier.
We were sent to a place which I wouldn’t have considered myself, but was so glad that Journee did. Everything was spot on. A perfect mix of excursions and time to ourselves. It was so good that we've already got another proposal, and can’t wait for the next adventure!

My daughter and I wanted to go on holiday but we couldn’t decide where to go because we have different tastes. Last year I did the planning, trying to compromise and none of us really enjoyed. I had gone on a solo trip with Journee a couple of years ago so I suggested using it. It was fantastic. Just filling the questionnaire helped us to found common ground. We loved every minute, the hotel, the activities. Our only regret was not having more time.

I went on my trip as a solo female traveler. I was a bit hesitant at first but read many reviews prior to booking my trip and felt the consensus was all positive reviews. I have to say it was all that I had hoped. I went on a 7 day trip spent half the time in Munich, Germany and the other half in Salzburg Austria. From the moment of booking, to the reveal and ultimately the trip itself, it was a smooth process. I couldn't have asked for better instructions and details to help me navigate all aspects of my trip. I felt very safe throughout my travels. All of the experiences were spot on and a mixture of amazing sights and immersive cultural experiences. I am happy I made the decision to do this and am looking forward to trying this experience again....if you're on the fence, book the trip.. you only live once!! There is soooo much out there in the world to experience!!

So glad I went! I’m a type A when it comes to planning and it was so nice to just relinquish control and go with the vibe. I really enjoyed my trip and felt it was a great value
