HI WHAT A FANTASTIC COMPANY !I DONT KNOW HOW BUT I FORGET TO PUT MY DOOR NUMBER ON THE ORDER AND I WAS SO WORRIED! BUT THE SUPERHUMAN DRIVER DIDNT GIVE UP HE FOUND ME LOL O WAS SO HAPPY! PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY GENTLEMAN AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK !!!!

I’ve never had any problems buying from…

I’ve never had any problems buying from your website since I discovered it. I’ve come to trust the website and the genuine, trustworthy sellers on the platform. They always have great promotions, sales, and good prices, which is a big plus!

Not all online sellers nowadays are trustworthy, so it’s really refreshing to find a platform where I can shop with confidence. Delivery-wise, everything has been very good fast, reliable, and efficient.

Keep it up, Joybuy! 👏❤️ I’ll definitely continue shopping with you!

Subject A much better experience than Amazon

I’ve been really impressed with JOYBUY so far. Orders are dispatched quickly, prices are very competitive, and the rewards/points system is a great added bonus.
One thing I particularly like is that you can even earn points by uploading receipts from other supermarkets. It’s a really nice way to get something back from your everyday shopping.
Customer service has also been excellent. It’s easy to find and contact them, and the responses are quick and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.
Overall, I’ve had a much better experience with JOYBUY than I expected. Fast delivery, good prices, useful rewards and responsive customer service. For me, it genuinely beats Amazon.

VERY DISAPPONTED AND UPSET

I ordered 7 x 35litre boxes and only received 5
The 70 litre box is cracked and broken
I wish I had never ordered with this company we, needed these boxes to help move house
