First thing the delivery was on time…

First thing the delivery was on time and other thing that there was a faulty product which they without any hesitation and any question asked (except few pics) refunded. It was my first time shopping with joybuy and it was a good experience.

Really fast

After a great, same day delivery of product had an initial return issue. Took a bit of back and forth and patience with otherwise friendly customer support, but they fixed it perfectly in the end.

Totally not satisfied

I am so frustrated to keep on getting the same email again and again about return and i am nt getting the return label.
I dont know what is going on there?
I bought Chanel perfume and i felt its not original and i made contact with then to know about the authenticity about the product and they did not gave me any answer which satisfy me and now i want to return the product and i have been asked in email photos and all and upon providing the photos still getting email about photos.
Its really not ok

I haven't received my package yet

I haven't received my package yet. the postNL said "sorry we can't deliver your package today" about two days ago and they haven't updated that status yet.

Failed money return and rude Customer Service

I paid 2 times (in the same 5 minutes) for a purchase which failed both times (The Wero payment should have worked with my N26 account, but seems they don't work well with that bank). I have only received ONE payment back the day after. I still haven't received the other payment 6 days after, when their Rude customer service reps said it should be back within 3-5 days. So 3 things to be dissappointed with (however isolated this might be):
1. faulty payment system
2. unreliable money return system
3. extremely rude service rep (around 19:15 on Apr 13th)
