I ordered on the 6th of May and got it on the 27th of May (delivered to the UK). I can confirm that you do get your items but it does take quite a while, not much of a problem. Great customer service as I got confirmation emails when I bought it and when it was shipped; more tracking info was found on their "tracking order" part of the website. The quality is decent but it is very good for the price you pay (no complaints). The fit of the shirt was true to size, don't need to size up or down. Overall, really good item for the price. Not much negative feedback, but the item came with a slight smell (like industrial) and a couple of creases around the shirt, but none of these are major and isn't a big problem at all. Highly recommend this website, not much problems at all, definently ordering from them again. (It's NOT a scam).

Good pricing and good shirts this ain't a joke or a scam just be patient and tip :get 2 or 3x your size cause the shirts my size just tight around the neck

I ordered 3 weeks ago one week after I ordered it said it got shipped but I can’t track it pls respond

I didn't get my package, I ordered a month ago and I've only gotten a mail that the delivery is ready. But since 8 may i havent got any updates. They have scammed me, im really sad and i would not recommend to anyone else. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, but it has now been 4 weeks. This is not okay.

I ordered 3 and a half weeks and it still hasn't came. Ive ordered 2 times from here all successful. There has been no update on the shipment since may 4 which is 16 days.

They arrived but i was never informed where they were and why they took 4 weeks to arrive

others ordering from joyfballs.com or joyfball.club. It has been almost 3 weeks, and I am concerned. Can you please help me?

Joyfball is a legitimate site which offer good quality for a low price. Compared to other replica kit sites which are like double or triple the price of joyfball. I have now bought 3 kits from joyfball which all have good quality.

ordered 3 times from the company, once in 2023, once in 2024 and earlier this year. Tracking is always provided, and on average the shirts came within 2 weeks, its 100% legit, shirt sizes are abit smaller than in Europe but the products good.

I have just made a big order and i forgot to log in my account and now i cant see mu order. What should i do get a refund?
I would but i can not find where so please help me out did I get scamed or will i get my order?

I ordered two kits from this website, but I’ve had a very disappointing experience. Their customer support has completely ignored my messages on WhatsApp — even though they’ve clearly seen them. It's unacceptable for a store to treat customers like this after taking their money. I strongly recommend that others stay away from this shop.

Accidentally made a purchase on accident for a jersey. Emailed them within an hour to let them know that the purchase was not on purpose and kindly asked for a refund before they begun processing and shipping the order. However, when contacting their customer support email, it says it's full, so I don't believe I am expecting a response. IF anyone from joyfball.com sees this, may you please kindly send me a response here and CONTACT me as I sent the email to customer service under another email address. I would still like to cancel the order before it is fully processed and shipped.
