After a few days wait the plants arrived , well packaged and all looked healthy but thirsty, I've planted them in my garden and so far they are all growing well.

The buddleia came well packed and looks healthy. The only reason for not 5 stars is delivery time was longer than expected. Hope to see it flourish in the next growing season.

The plants were not in the best condition dried out and yellowing leaves. They are slowly recovering. More attention to dampness during travel would work! A damp piece of kitchen towel around the root’s would probably help!

Very disappointed with J Parkers. I ordered some dahlia tubers... specifically Bishop of Llandaff and Bishop of Oxford back in the spring. I planted them on arrival and looked after them carefully. It was so disappointing that instead of Bishop Dhalias I had been sent tubers that came up as scruffy, squat purple plants which are ugly and do not flower well. This is the second time this has happened. Although Parkers refunded my money it does not compensate for the time, effort and resources I put into growing these plants. I gave a two star rating because I got my money back once I had complained. I would not recommend this company and won't be using them again.

Over the years I have spent thousands with jparkers. I have never really had a problem with the plants or when I have its always been sorted out quickly. That was until now... dispite the fact they took ages to arrive.
I brought a number of bear root roses from them, put them in my greenhouse to allow them to come out of dormancy and make shore that there was no disease that may affect my other roses.
I follow this process with all plants. But this time all the plants died, some never showed any signs of life some did then died.
I tried to explain this process I use and the operator spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. These plants are guaranteed.

The plants were well packaged, one looked as if it has suffered a little bit in transit but I wasn’t too worried about that.
Unfortunately only two of the 9cm pot delphinium plants I received had good root systems. The other three had very small roots.
I followed the care instructions carefully but a few weeks on 2 out of the 3 weaker plant have wilted and died, one is clinging on but I suspect it wont survive.

Ordering was easy,delivered on time,plant was of a good condition.Will use again.

It was OK the plants arrived very dried out not surprised in this weather. Time will tell next year how they survive; planted and getting lots of water.
Delivery - well I just don't like Evri too many bad experiences...

Delivery took longer then expected.Rose bushes arrived almost dead but I have planted them anyway 1 rose bush has just started to produce shoots, I’ll await and see what happens with the other one. Susan
