Worst delivery experience ever

JP Haarlem is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. We fixed a date for the delivery, they never came, no phone call, no notifications. After 2 weeks they finally answer me to fix a new date. Second attemp of delivery is again a failure from them. So we set a third date. On the day of delivery I ask when I can expect the delivery timing. They answer me that the package is at the wrong location so for the third time the delivery is canceled. So I decided to finally cancel my order. Their service is a disgrace and they don't have respect for their client since I make myself available and spent 3 fulls days waiting for them. I really don't recommend this delivery service for anyone or any company who want to work with reliable professionnals.

Complete and utter Amateurism

Complete and utter Amateurism. For months we have been waiting for delivery. Now this company has my furniture and we have to wait for another 3 weeks before they can actually deliver. Their customer “service” solution: if you don’t want to wait you can come and pick it up yourself. Not helpful in any matter and only referring to the store where we bought the furniture. A shame to see that a western company operates more poorly than a corrupt third world country. AVOID at all costs!

We can’t give a 0 but it deserves it

We can’t give a 0 but it deserves it! The shipper never cames and we had no news about the reason.

Today after calling the society they said us that the package was delivered. But we have proof that’s not true. (No signature and a camera in front of our door).

Shameful!
