Having a delicatessen and relying on refrigeration is obviously the most important part of our business. We had a serious problem with our multi deck and were in desperate need of it being repaired due to being a high volume business/shop. I contacted Justin early morning and he arrived soon after. Diagnosed the problem quickly and informed us the part needed would be replaced within a day or two. Communication was detailed and efficient. Replaced the part mid evening as not to disrupt the day’s trading. Not only did he repair as required he gave a vast amount of knowledge and experience regarding our chiller that he noticed it was running extremely high on power output. (Wasted running costs) Justin continued to establish as to why. He corrected the problem and wasted no time in setting up the unit to run efficiently and by far more consistently at no extra cost to us. For which we are grateful for. Suffice to say we 100% recommend his services and as such have ensured he is our first point of contact in future refrigeration problems that we will no doubt have in the near future. I asked JPS Refridgeration to install A/C in my ground floor office in Branston. I was worried about dust with all of the IT equipment that I have. However, they were very very careful and professional. I am rarely impressed, but this time I'm proud. Price was reasonable and the service is excellent. Thank you.
