Excellent service, friendly team, I had a couple of queries about order, prompt response and appropriate advice. Worktop arrived on date arranged, no problems and looks fabulous.

Beautiful product, the only problems we have is when it was fitted a corner has not been finished appropriately and spoils the look. We also had a problem with the sink which was due to the change in regulations from us purchasing to the sink being fitted.

The finished product is excellent & the fitting team on the day did a lovely job on a bitterly cold day moving lots of granite . I did find their communication a little lacking , customer services short & inflexible & overall I was left feeling like they were doing me a favour delivering the granite I was paying handsomely for! If they worked on this it would be 5 stars

The gentleman who came to measure up was very courteous, friendly, efficient, thorough and even suggested a better arrangement for the kitchen worktops.
Fitters came 8 days after measuring/profiling to fit worktops!
Brilliant workers who fitted the worktops perfectly and the kitchen now looks amazing.
Well done Rotherhams and their staff.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences ever.
After delaying and re-booking the templating for no reason they repeatedly changed the installation date. To compound this they sent several e-mails and text messages each time to say they were coming and i made adjustments on site and got people ready for their arrival only for them to not turn up.
I received a message yesterday saying they would turn up early (16th December) instead of the planned 17th. They didn't turn up. I've called Wren kitchens and they have told me they won't be coming tomorrow either as this is an unspecified cancellation.

I bought this kitchen months ago, it's now a week to Christmas with the whole family coming around and I have no way to cook!

Fitted with no problems and fitters were great. Both very friendly and done the job quite quickly leaving no mess behind them. Would definitely recommend Rotherhams for beautiful finish to your kitchen.

Excellent, great service, arrived to measure and fit when they said. Guys fitting worktop were great. We're happy to go that extra mile and pleasant.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Lost my worktops initially then the replacements came damaged. Still waiting on a repair. Communication is abysmal, quite happy to take your money. Really really poor. When buying a premium product the service should be too, sadly the service is shocking.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. I would give zero stars if I could.

We purchased our dream kitchen from Wren and decided on quartz worktops. We have now been trying to get our wonky worktops fixed for 11 MONTHS!!!!

J Rotherham have gone from saying the worktops have been fitted within their tolerances to now saying we have moved the cupboards and it’s not their fault!!

We are so fed up dealing with this company that we are asking for a partial refund but what they are offering is laughable!!

Nothing but praise for J. Rotherhams. They kept us well informed from the moment we ordered our kitchen right through to installation. We only had to wait a short amount of time from templating to fitting. The fitters arrived on schedule and were very efficient. Would definitely recommend.

The quartz worktop finishes off my gloss slate kitchen beautifully. Templating done within a few days of making the appointment then a week later I had a beautiful worktop fitted. I chose a slim worktop and it adds a modern twist that complements the unusual pattern of the kitchen. A universal hit with everyone who has seen it.

J Rotherham came to do the initial templating of our new kitchen worktops on 19 September but did not complete the installation until 2 December, nearly two months overdue. The whole process should have involved just 2 site visits (templating and installation) but ended up taking 7. As the property is our 2nd home, this resulted in us having to make numerous additional trips to London. The frustrating saga resulted from a series of errors by J Rotherham including a chip on the splashback and, amazingly, the upstands being returned for cutting off-site only to be redelivered uncut! Even when needing to rectify their own errors, J Rothschild were slow to respond, had to be chased and were inflexible on e.g. dates of appointments. The company does not seem to respond at all to emails and did not always return phone calls. On a more minor point, I have never received the complimentary service care kit that is supposed to be provided. Overall, our experience with J Rotherham has been totally unsatisfactory. The product is fine but customer service and administration are appalling.

Beware of using this company! We were due to have our worktops installed 3 days ago, we both took the day off work and arranged child care for our youngest. Booked a plumber early that morning to disconnect our taps, electrician booked for that evening and carpenter also booked for the next day. We received a voicemail from Wren at 10:30am to say our worktops could not be located and no one would be fitting them, but we would have new install date by the end of that day, then we were told 48 hours, we heard nothing. This is where things get really bad. You cannot speak to anyone at J Rotherham, all phone calls have to go through Wren. Nobody at J Rotherham or Wren take ownership of the situation and provide you with updates, instead you have to phone Wren for updates, everytime you phone you speak to someone different, they then phone J Rotherham for an update, being on hold for 20 mins is common. Absolutely awful service when things go wrong, avoid at all costs.

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
So after waiting 4 months for my granite worktops which included 2 appointments which they did not turn up for on the day.... I now have my worktops - which have been cut incorrectly and don't fit to my walls along one section as well as two chips in granite and an unsightly join!!! I am now waiting to hear back from them after sending photographic evidence as requested 2 days ago, I wonder how long this will take to sort out this time??????

Great guys who did a quick installation to a great finish. Beautiful product also.

Unfortunately my experience with J Rotherham has been very poor
Delays, bad customer service and incorrect fittings.
I ordered my kitchen 1st Oct, the delays with my worktop issues are still not resolved and my sink has been installed Incorrectly.
