Great products, great customer support

Ordered from them, everything came perfect. Really fair prices for the quality of the products they sell. Their customer service/support is a textbook example, just amazing. Had an issue with the joycon grip, they offered themselves to ship and replace it with no cost. I’d give 10 stars instead of 5 if possible

Excellent customer service experience!

I had a fiber optic HDMI cable that had started to fail just outside the 1yr warranty. Typically, I don't bother to 'register' cables because if they fail, it will be either really early or long after any warranty period. In this case, I wasn't so lucky.
I reached out to customer support and they informed me of the 'registering to get an additional 6 months'. They provided the link to do so and then they honored the warranty and replaced my cable for free!
Customer Service ("Ashley") also went above and beyond reaching out to me and keeping me in the loop. This was much more than I expected.
I've been a fan of JSAUX cables for a while now, and even though the cable failed, their customer service backed it up and kept me as a highly satisfied customer and cheerleader!

Great product with even greater support

I recently purchased a split case for my Nintendo Switch 2 from JSAUX, and I’m genuinely impressed with both the product and the company.

The case itself is excellent — it fits perfectly, feels solid and well-designed, and significantly improves comfort and protection. The build quality is great, and it looks fantastic on the console.

What truly stood out, though, was the customer support. I accidentally broke one of the Joy-Con covers, and the support team was outstanding. The contact was quick, the response even quicker, and they were incredibly helpful in organizing a replacement. The whole process was smooth and professional.

It’s rare to see customer service at this level. Highly recommended — both for the product and the exceptional support.

Fantastic troubleshooting support

Fantastic support helping me troubleshoot a dock that wasn't working correctly. We were able to determine the problem together and it was decided that a replacement unit was needed. They sent the replacement and it worked perfectly.
