Our sunbed shop took nearly a year to…

Our sunbed shop took nearly a year to open due to the lack of communication and delays from Julita. She is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with and a complete con artist who has the gift of the gab. We are finally up and running although we had to pretty much take matters into our own hands in the end. Lots of problems with the beds she did finally supply. I believe she would have just run off with our money if we didn’t keep on and on at her for months on end. If you want a stress free transaction, communication and decent beds then don’t waste your time with this company.

I’ve had a great experience working…

I’ve had a great experience working with J Solutions. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to sunbeds, lotions, and overall salon setup.

From installation to training days, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt confident using the equipment and products.

It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of service they provide. In an industry where negative or misleading reviews can happen, I can honestly say my experience has been nothing but positive.

Highly recommend J Solutions to anyone looking for reliable support, quality products, and expert guidance within the tanning industry.

Bad experience with Julita at JSOLUTIONSLTD

Julita at JSOLUTIONSLTD, agreed a sale for a sunbed with me that never arrived. She had taken £3000 deposit for the sunbed, and cancelled the installation date twice. Then she informed me the order had been cancelled, and I would receive a full refund. That refund never arrived, and after continuously chasing. I was provided with many excuses, and even an email from an alternative bank stating her account was suspended. Which was a completely different banking society to where I had issued the money.

She has avoided and not responded for sometime.

I would not recommend based on my experience. No remorse, even though she knew my current situation and how it was affecting me. I also cancelled a previous sale to work with Julita.

Deposit money was returned after 3-4 weeks

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. Beds didn’t arrive as described. Late and loads of parts missing. Also beds were damaged, badly scratched. They left old lamps in the facial and shoulder tanners. Communication is broken after they receive money. The warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

Best Quality Beds and Professional training

The salon looks absolutely stunning – it’s on a completely different level.
Everything feels premium and high quality, especially the tanning beds.

From a staff and client perspective, the investment was 100% worth it – the quality really shows in the final result and in the customer experience.

I also received extremely detailed and professional training on tanning, skin types and safety.
The support doesn’t stop after delivery – there is ongoing help and guidance whenever needed.

You can clearly see the passion, knowledge and high standards behind this business.
Highly recommended.

J Solutions Services Ltd is not a trustworthy company but a fraudulent operation

Our experience with J Solutions Services Ltd has been nothing short of disastrous, and we feel compelled to warn other businesses and individuals before they fall into the same trap.

From the outset, the company represented primarily by Julita, made countless promises and presented themselves as a professional and reliable partner. However, once payments were made, the entire approach changed dramatically. What followed was a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability.

We have since discovered that we are not the only ones. We are in direct contact with other companies who have also been deceived by J Solutions Services Ltd and share very similar experiences: numerous assurances prior to payment, followed by neglect, avoidance, and failure to deliver on agreed commitments.

Even more concerning is the behaviour towards those who dare to demand the services or results they were promised. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, victims are met with intimidation and threats a completely unacceptable practice that only reinforces the fraudulent nature of this business.

In our view, J Solutions Services Ltd is not a trustworthy company but a fraudulent operation. We strongly urge potential clients to exercise extreme caution and avoid entering into any agreements with this firm. No credible business should operate in such a dishonest, manipulative, and intimidating manner.
