Very useless service.. Item only from penang.. But takes over than 8 days, and until now i didnt received my parcel..in tik tok apps received before 24-27 apr but re -date to 27-29 apr. I've Whatsapp JNT cargo. They said follow SLA agreement.. What the hell, in tik tok didnt mention any JNT SLA agreement???. It remarks the the date will delivered only, nothing such stupid agreement HEY, i didnt get any notice or agree with this agreement..if known earlier will cancel it on the spot.. Nothing such SLA nonsense agreement that must keep parcel for 5 day before dispatch.. WAKE UP JNT.. Service is so bad.. To slow.. IM NOT ORDERED FROM OVERSEA OR SEA SHIPPING. Only from penang?? But takes until 8 days above?? What is this?? If know earlier.. Better cancel this nonsense courier

Absolutely horrible compny. Avoid J&T by all means. 200 pct unreliable. I have now a parcel Lazada has instructed them to pick up, Several appointments but now 1 month has passed. They call and ask for address of my well known place which they have received many times from me and Lazada! Avoid J&T by all means!

Horrible experience
Terrible service, with drivers who tell you one time and arrive hours later. Customer service is garbage and the company's phones don't even work.

Same problem, keep saying deliver failed due to recipient reschedule, i also don't know when i have reschedule and show parcel in the car photo.

The same as all other reviews, sends fake photos of deliveries that never happened. Our factory was working, gates open and they still claim they could not deliver. I do not understand why Shopee use this company as the poor service falls back on them

weird cheating service, simply upload fail deliver photo for three time with reason workshop not open, nobody pick up phone. pui! rubish .
send a photo to proof you guy got call me or arrive my workshop. slow service no problem, but dont cheat

Slow delivery, delivery status is not updated for 5 days and showing in transit. When contact customer service, they will just say please wait for the delivery arrangment. The parcel is in transit for 5 days? Really?

The lousiest courier/cargo company I have ever dealt with. Very very very very very slow. Also, completely uncontactable. I am surprised they are not bankrupt yet. Bunch of useless people.

Be prepared to carry 34kg package yourself. Our condo have unloading bay next to the lift lobby with carts for carrying heavy items. J&T Cargo driver refused to drive 50m beyond guardhouse despite the fact that security explained him everything and offered help. We had to go to guardhouse on our own car and pick up 34kg item there and drive back to parking e.t.c. 1 star because if I knew delivery is only to guardhouse I wouldn't order. What if I had no car? What if my wife were at home alone at the time of delivery? I will avoid any shops which use J&T Cargo from now on.
