Really disappointed with customer service and promises made. I ordered a pair of recovery tow points for a Prado 120 and had them installed by my regular car mechanic. However, they did not fit as it was hitting the radiator. Wanted to return bit was told by JTM this was not possible and had to take pictures. So I did and was pleased they offered me a refund. That was 1.5 months ago and yet to receive; even after contacting them by email a couple of weeks ago. So far, no response and no money received!

Robert went out of his way in finding the part I needed & ensured it was available. I have previously bought from JTM before & would recommend them to anyone.

I recently ordered 2 sets of Custom Flaps from JTM Products. First I would like to say what a pleasure it was working with them. Customer service was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I honestly cant say enough great things about my experience. The flaps themselves are TOP quality and exactly what I was looking for! You will not find better pricing on custom work, they are more than fair! I highly recommend!
