J literally gives you ever tool you need to be successful and essential change your life. You just need to out the work in. J is always there when you have a question or don't understand something... Plenty of educational content along with new education content, live webinars, screen share talking you through his morning trades... The only way you fail is if you don't put the work.. There are far too many people that look at trading as skill that can be easily acquired or mastered in a very short period of time after intense study of patterns, indicators or strategies. The fact is there are many other factors involved including discipline and psychology. Understanding what type of trading fits your personality is also important.

The best part for me is, you will be establishing a routine and trading system and also a trader's mindset from zero within the mentoring.

But hey, trading is not easy, do not expect to become a super trader overnight, the program is demanding and requires serious works overtime.

I chose Jtrader as a mentor specifically because in my eyes he had the requirements that a mentor needs to have. He has dedicated his life to his craft and continues to do so every day. Joined J trader's room at Nov 2022 due to good friend's referral and instantly felt I'm at the right place for me. After 3 months in the room I have joined the yearly mentoring program with J (daily review of my trades, special mentoring section at the website and discord, 1-1 calls with J and way more). Had an extremely tough year, alot of tilt losing days and small mental breakdowns but J always was there for me, both to support me mentally and technically so I will be able to learn from these bad days and move on.
Now, exactly 1 year after I have started the mentoring with J, I can say that I'm finally profitable and that it was worth every inch of pain and hard work that I had in the process, if not J I wont be profitable even in few years. So if you have any doubt, remove it, J and his family (Josephine and Alexandra) are the real deal, extremely honest, nice and professional people and traders. Thank you for all you have done for me!

- Folks - I am not a paid reviewer and I don’t hold back. I have been in at minimum ten different chat rooms in the last 4 years. I have read trading books in and out. I have been on my laptop daily making TradingView charts for the last 4 years. You need to join JTrader Small cap room
1.) J Teaches concepts.
- when you join the first sentence is. Master A setup. Meaning master 1 setup. This isn’t a get rich quick. This is master yourself, be a good trader and have all the traits of a great trader. It’s you vs the market.
2.) J teaches what others don’t. The setups and technicals of course. But really, it’s DATA. Study and track data for each play. Track your trades your emotions your time your thoughts etc. Once you have data you now have something to work off of and gather your edge in the market. Nobody NOBODY preaches this more than J
3.) J is the only educator I have ever talked to while being apart of the general trading room. No other person I’ve joined does this. Meaning you email
him a question he gets back to you. No one does this. No one! He gives great advice for students and if needed he offers mentoring 1on1 programs for more detailed progress. I am working towards joining his 1/1 in the future.

Listen here, J has changed the way I think. He’s concepts and approach helps with Fomo with randomness with incorrect ideologies.

Excellent trading chatroom and education. J has trained a lot of successful traders. He knows the process to get someone there. His knowledge and ability to present the knowledge is the best. He has deep knowledge big caps, small caps, and futures. The advice he give in the chatroom is in real time. He shows up every day with the focus of making people better traders. He is naturally entertaining, but the purpose is clearly to help members become better traders. I would recommend this to anyone looking to be a serious trader.

its not for mentoring. in chatroom you can find some good information, but dont buy anything else. All 1on1 and others extra webinars where you will pay big money are worthless. You will pay for 5 years old information which does not working

If you're looking for a truly professional trader who consistently shows up to guide and teach, this is the man. JTrader and his team are true professionals who care about each person individually throughout the SmallCap Room even though it is a massive operation. In an environment full of pump and dumpers, schemers, liars and con artists looking to make a quick dollar off of new traders, J distinguishes him by being virtuous, honorable, and straight forward. If you want to get serious about trading and you want to invest the time and effort it takes to become good, there is no better teacher. He also is a gym bro so 💪🏾 even more trustworthy!

If you are looking for a mentor and trading community that has a professional feel and approach, then Small Cap room and Mentoring with Jtrader is the place to be. After 6 month in the Small Cap room I decided to join mentoring, which has been one of the best things I have done for myself and my trading. J provides the path and guidance, but you are the one that need to put in the work. Trading is hard to master, and J expect that one follow the guidance and do the requested homework, preparation, post analyse etc in order to find success. Don't expect J to tell you what you want to hear, he will tell you what you need to hear in order to improve. Working with J and being part of the Small Cap room has improved my own process and trading, and I can only recommend anyone looking for a serious program and strategy to join the Small Cap room. Beside this, J is daily streaming, sharing his plan and approach, host several classes and webinars that you will learn from. To summarise, J is a great mentor and teacher - he provide you with tools and approach needed to improve and his methods and teachings are professional- I highly recommend, and happy I found this program.

Like any trading community out there, the jtrader community has its pros and cons, although this one, has more pros than cons.

If you're trying to find a community, here is my background to hopefully help make the decision if to join or not to join. Like many other traders, I do have a full time job, and I trade when I can on time off from work. Have less than a year in trading, but when I joined the jtrader community, I already knew the following concepts. EMA's, Fibonacci Retracements, basic candle patterns, basic patterns like a wedge, head and shoulder, etc. My problem as a new trader is, having the confidence to enter a trade.

The pros of jtrader...he has a system to trade and he reviews it over and over again. He also focuses on specific patterns and is up to you to review the material and memorize these patterns and apply them. He will do a recap of the trades midday and will post relevant lessons to his group often. He trades futures, options, small caps, large caps. He has his own terms that you need to learn the moment you join so you can follow his explanations. Terms like jlines, gap and crap, golden zone, etc. He will do a premarket analysis and you can watch this on youtube whenever he streams it to get an idea of his thought process.

Probably the best thing on the discord is his indicator, the jlines. I must say, this gave me confidence to enter trades that I wouldn't have entered on my own as I would have hesitated if to enter or not. Again, they are an indicator...something that will work if you already have some discipline, not something to use if you think that the indicator is a holy grail that is going to make you money.

The big takeway is, if you're new completely to trading, you will NEED TIME to digest the material. One thing I really liked about the discord is, you're not going to find a bunch of fools asking, "what's today's play?" "what can I buy today?" "what's everybody playing today?" Jtrader keeps the place professional, and he emphasizes over and over to read his material. Maybe that's why the questions you see on the discord tend to be more thought out than the average question of, "guys, why did my play didn't work."

So what are the cons? Like I said before, jtrader trades different vehicles, but there is only one jtrader, so is a one man show. If your account is not large enough and there are not enough small caps running, and you don't trade futures or large caps, then you're pretty much going to sit and at most learn concepts. Thus, if you're a beginner trader, maybe join to get the discipline of getting down some concepts, but not going to lie---many of his basic concepts can be already found online.

Although I joined, I only stayed for a month because during that month, the most frustrating part the constant jumping from small caps to large caps. Theoretically speaking, I guess they are traded the same way, but financially speaking, you need more capital to trade.

I feel like this community needs maybe 2 or 3 separate rooms because jtrader tries to do it all, and it would be so much better if he had maybe other solid traders leading separate rooms.
Also, there are days where he will say he need to do a private lesson with his private students, so even though he was there for the early morning of the trading session, he might leave maybe at around 10 am eastern time, and then he will rejoin.

Overall though, a solid community, but a bit overpriced, specially that one person tries to do it all. Would be a good value if there were 2 or 3 separate rooms that would focus in one specific aspect of trading.

This is my first review of any trading teacher/forum. I am glad I found Jtrader through X/Twitter. Trading teachers/gurus/forums/discord groups are a dime a dozen nowadays. Some post charts from their positive trades. What is unique to Jtrader which grabbed my attention is that he always posts the progress from his **students**; he is not bragging about his own trades. He posts the charts from his students. That is what caused me to sign up to his group.

He cares about his students. You can see how passionate he is about teaching from the daily live webinars where he walks through the pre market watchlist and goes through details of his gameplan. When he provides his watchlist for the day, he provides scenarios for key levels, so you are prepared for both the long and short side. Almost every day he is live on zoom from pre market to 30-60 minutes after open. Joining his Smallcaproom will also provide you with a library of lessons.

He has decades of experience trading both small caps and large caps. I am focusing on small caps now and appreciate all the nuanced directions Jtrader gives (for example the patience to stay in a trade that is working, to know when to size up when the opportunity is statistically in your favor etc).

Trading inherently is a lonely affair, and if you can find a focused group of people who are on the same path as you, it helps. Members of his group are awesome and some are very experienced traders that call out trades from time to time.

I have also had a one hour 1-on-1 session with him during which he gave me nuggets of information on the specific topic I was looking for (tape reading).

Jtrader trades from Europe, and he has the time advantage of being on top of US pre market action. That is good, because if you are trading pre market, joining his group would be an advantage for you. If there is a small cap stock with notable movement very early pre market, you can bet that Jtrader is on top of it.

I joined small caps room, with Jtrader almost a year ago. I had followed jtrader for several months prior to that on twitter, and I appreciated his honesty, lessons, and motivational tweets.

Once in the room, I found an entire library of lessons. Jtrader spends almost 30-45 minutes (or more) live everyday giving a game plan for the day (small caps, futures, options-- I don't know how he makes plans for all of these, but somehow he does) and then trades the opening live on stream. He is the best I have seen on entrances and exits, but better than his calls is his passion for teaching. He is an incredible teacher. Many times, after trading live, he hosts classes on bookmap, tape reading, managing losses, and emotions. He has even hosted workshops on exercise/workouts...he does it all.

He is very honest about the work and amount of study it takes to become successful and reiterates this over and over again. He is right. It is tough, however, after sticking with it I can see that his method works. his teachings work, and he is great at keeping you motivated.

I can't say enough good things about his discord. If you are a person wanting to learn how to trade, and willing to put in the work, I highly recommend his room/discord. If nothing else, follow him on twitter as he is always posting educational content.

Small Cap Room is a great place to be in. Joseph is a brilliant trader with a risk management not seen anywhere else. His strategies are clear and easy explainable while his daily screen share allows to learn what the right trading process is.
The only path of not being profitable is by being stubborn and not following his teachings.
