Jubel helped us with an AMAZING honeymoon. We will forever remember these memories. To our surprise we ended up in belize and got to see so much. Our resort was beautiful and everything we could have dreamed for. We even got certified in diving and now have a new passion. Thank you to everyone at jubel who worked so hard to make all of our dreams come true!

I took a solo surprise vacation with Jubel in 2021. Every detail of the trip was planned out, and the experiences were better than ones I could have planned on my own. The Jubel team made me feel safe as a solo traveler and checked in daily. This was one of the best decisions I have made and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

The team at Jubel have been hands down incredible. I originally booked a trip for myself and my partner to reconnect post baby but life had different plans and a year and a half later he passed. The team was patient and understanding and overly accommodating. Glynnis was able to switch the trip to a girls getaway 2 yrs after original trip date for myself and my sister to rest and reset after everything. I can’t say enough how much this means to me! The definition of customer care!!!!

We used Jubel for our 10th wedding anniversary trip, and it was such a great experience we are talking again about planning a family overseas trip! I really enjoyed that it allowed our vacation to be a true vacation -- no need to worry about where we were going or where we were staying. Highly recommend, especially for those with travel anxiety!

Everything about our surprise trip was perfect. The hotels were amazing, the planned activities were a lot of fun and very much things we enjoy doing. It was one of the most stress free trips to somewhere we never would have chosen ourselves and look forward to booking another one soon.

Gris and Glynnis were great to work with. I went with the surprise option. Give them as much information about your likes and dislikes as possible.
Unfortunately, when I opened my envelope full of smaller envelopes - the surprise location was disclosed. I thought maybe it was an error, until one of the hotels contacted me prior to the trip. Surprise ruined.
I liked the itinerary and hotels for the most part.
However there are some logistics that could have been planned out better. Such as when you have a 6am bus to catch, they could have planned a taxi to pick you up. What if I hadn't opened my next day envelope until midnight. Some taxi phone numbers for when said bus drops you off at your next destination and you have no way to get to your hotel, etc
They only planned one tour for me, which ultimately got canceled and they refunded.
Would I do another - I can't really say. Having the surprise ruined really bummed me out.

I have gone on 2 surprise destination trips with Jubel. The first time I went to Guatemala and the second time I went to Portugal. I had a BLAST on both trips. Jubel really takes into consideration your likes/dislikes when it comes to traveling. Everything was planned out for us, making it a breeze! We had the perfect amount of downtime in each country to do our own exploring as well.

One of my biggest concerns was staying on a budget and also doing as many adventures as possible. Jubel was able to plan a lot of activities and keep me within that budget.

Both Guatemala and Portugal were amazing countries. In Guatemala we hiked a volcano, took an ATV day tour, enjoyed delicious food and drinks, explored cities, spent time at a beautiful lake, and so much more! In Portugal we had some of the tastiest food in the world, enjoyed a beautiful wine cruise at sunset, toured nearby vineyards, and had the time our our lives!

Both trips I was beyond satisfied with the planning done by Jubel and their availability for assistance while away. I will be planning a third trip with them this fall.

We enjoyed our trip to Iceland through Jubel, but there were a few snags! The good: picked out a nice place to go and picked out enjoyable activities. The bad: 1- opened our package on the way to the airport and just happened to notice that the dates they had reserved for us for the hotel were wrong! I called Jubel immediately and they immediately fixed it and we were able to stay at the same hotel as planned. 2- We had a full day bus tour planned for one of the days and we waited and waited at the bus stop. Finally we called and it turns out the bus stop number provided to us was wrong and our bus had already left and couldn't come back for us. After much freaking out, we were able to rent a car with the help of the hotel and do the exact tour ourselves. Jubel reiumbursed us and provided us with a spa package at a place nearby. I still enjoyed our trip, but due to the issues I doubt I'll do another trip though Jubel because if we had been in a different country where English wasn't so prevalent or we had to drive in a scary (ie. lots of traffic, other side of the road, etc) area the results could have been terrible!! The customer service was good though.

Jubel helped us with some mystery vacations. They were so much fun, and well planned. We got lots of documentation with suggestions, but were free to do as we liked after they picked the places, booked the flights and places to stay. Communication was great and prices were very reasonable.

So far, this has been a wonderful experience! We haven't gone on our surprise trip yet. The customer service has been highly responsive and accommodating. We provided dates, a budget, and travel preferences. They have done the rest!

I wanted to take my son on the trip of a life time to Peru. Thanks to Jubel, I was able to do just that! Every transfer, every activity, the accommodations, the on call support was above and beyond my expectations. I will be using there services for my next big trip. I'm hoping to head to Africa/Kenya next! I can only imagine what adventures Jubel will organize for me there.

It’s been a couple years since I took my first surprise trip with Jubel and I still think it was a wonderful idea. They tailored it to what I wanted, took into account that safety was a concern as a woman traveling solo and gave me a great experience overall! Might be time to book another one.

We went to Iceland right after the country opened up. Our trip had to be rescheduled before this twice. Our Jubel representative Gris did an absolutely FANTASTIC job of keeping up with things that were not quite right or needed adjusting. We had such an amazing time, we thank Juble for working through all the COVID craziness and being available at any time.

We have been on two surprise vacations with Jubel and have had the most amazing adventures! We visited places we never would have thought of and did everything from a bike and food tour through Carmel by the Sea to an ATV tour through the Sedona desert. All of the restaurant and activity recommendations were spot on and helped us make the most of our trip. We will definitely use Jubel again and recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing trip that you don't have to plan!

I absolutely loved my Jubel experience! Had been postponing it for a couple of years, because I never liked the idea of using a travel agency, but was curious about the "surprise" portion of it. Finally decided to try it and it was fantastic, and completely game changing for me. I chose the total surprise option, which means I had no idea of where I was going, what I would be doing, eating, speaking, etc. Even though I had nothing to do with planning, reservations, etc, everything, absolutely everything was planned and taken care of - car rental, flights, hotel stays, activities, etc and there were additional tailored activities to partake if we felt like it.
I will definitely book another surprise trip with Jubel again and now feel comfortable enough to ask them for guidance and help in a non-surprise trip too.

I love Jubel! Both agents (Glynnis and Gris) I talked to were amazing - kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me plan an awesome mystery trip that my friends and I loved and will remember forever. Jubel took all the stress out of planning and left me only with excitement and anticipation. I would highly suggest using Jubel, I know I'll be planning more trips with them!

Jubel helped me plan a very successful and memorable trip. Limited hassle. Reasonable rates.

Back in March 2019 I went to Egypt. This won't really be a review of that. Would take too long. This will be a review of a weird online travel agent. I paid a fair bit of cash and really should've checked the itinerary they sent me.

Long story short, when you go to Egypt, it's better to book things on the ground. A lot cheaper. Also I got ripped off by a conman who I first encountered at the "hotel" Jubel booked me into.

He noticed my Jubel itinerary was bereft off things to do. Literally. Upon looking at it, I realised theybooked a few hotels and ultimately left me to choose my own activities. For the money I paid? Ugh.

I ended up throwing tons of cash at the hotel reception guy. Totally my fault, I'm a naive traveller. What I will say is despite losing all my savings, and running up a credit card bill, I had the time of my life in Egypt.

No thanks to Jubel.

P.S. Also they are tricky to contact in an emergency.

Jubel is amazing! Jenny was phenomenal when planning our honeymoon. My husband and I couldn’t agree on anything about the trip and it was stressing us out. There were just so many options it was so difficult to plan. Jenny removed the hard part and gave us some great options to choose from. We ended up with the most unforgettable honeymoon and we can’t thank her enough. We will definitely be using Jubel again, hopefully for a surprise trip this time. I have recommended Jubel to everyone planning a big trip!
