How many business transactions can you claim were absolutely perfect from start to finish? I can honestly say, my experience with Juell Time has been just that.....PERFECT. Imagine the fiduciary relationship that must exist when you are purchasing a luxury watch from a stranger 1500 miles away. The trust factor on both sides has to be enormous. This is the essence of my watch purchase with Kelly at Juell Time.
For me, she created an absolutely beautiful, custom diamond watch that was tasteful, understated and yes, brilliant and shiny. But at the same time, it was not obnoxious, over the top and pretentiously showy. I was fully engaged throughout the entire design process. Kelly listened and reacted to my ideas and vision. Pictures and videos of suggested dials, bezels, and layouts were constantly communicated. She provided options....plenty of them....and wisely guided me toward the best combinations. Kelly has the experience, resources, and the connections to bring all the watch elements together in a friendly, harmonious way.
I cannot leave this review without mentioning Kelly's temperament and professionalism. With all my many questions and indecisiveness, Kelly always, always showed me kindness, patience and understanding.
