I ordered 1 bottle of the car polish spray and got billed for 5 at checkout.2 weeks into the order,my package is still in the being processed/ waiting for info from the courier.Very unimpressed 😡

Placed an order 6th December 2024 and have still not received it.
Tracking the order showed it was in the same place a long time then Juicecat said it had been delivered. Don't know where they have delivered it to but it wasn't to me. I've sent them 5 emails to date and not received one reply. Asked for my money back, but nothing. Wish I had read the reviews before orderring. They are a company only good for taking your money.

I left a review previous but just want to update on the issue as I've never seen anything like it.

Item delivered was faulty. I mailed juice cat and a person named 'Charles' requested photos and information on October 6th. I provided the photos and information
immediately. Charles then ignored me. I sent 4 follow up mails. The last one I sent was on October 24th.

81 days after Charles's last mail he responds on December 26th offering 30% off. No acknowledgement was given of ignoring me for 81 days.

I actually couldn't believe the cheek of it.

Do not buy from this company, mis-sold and lied about their product, (2024 gnome calander) 3 gnomes and 21 small rubber christmas characters. Advertised as 24 gnomes.. no refund given and emails ignored. Please do not waste your money no matter what they are advertising, it won't be what you buy!

Halloween fake lego calender not sold as adverised. Only 8 figures. Avoid.

Like everyone else, would leave 0 stars if possible! Ordered the Halloween advent calendar. Described as having 24 figures, but there was only 3 inside! Absolutely awful pile of Sh*t and complete waste of money. Avoid this company at all costs!

Like everyone else, if I were able to give it no stars I would.

Ordered 2 advent calendars on the 13th November which I assumed would be plenty of time before December. Wrong! Still no calendars and no reply to the emails I have sent. All I have is a fake tracking email that gives no information.

Stay well always from these scam artists.

Placed order in June. 6 months later it's still not arrived. Can't get a refund.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I'm disgusted just opened the Taylor Swift Advent Calendar with my granddaughter and discovered days 2 and 3 are empty so far as I didnt open other days.
Absolute disgrace for my poor granddaughter.

They sell absolute 💩, bought a car phone magnetic holder, although it was only £12, it doesn’t bloody work, the magnet that supposedly holds the phone doesn’t, they also included some sticky pads, that f@@ks up your phone case, there’s no way of returning it, only good for the bin. So I advise NEVER order anything from the roguing company, wanted to say something else but there not worth my effort.

Communication is non existent and you will lose your money

Very poor communication, ordered 2 Christmas gnome advents and delivery was supposedly within 7 days. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting, have emailed customer service twice over a week ago and got no reply. Daughter placed an order for the same at the same time, got it 2 days ago, description says 12inch plush gnomes in each, the whole thing isn’t even 12 inches big. I mean literally the height of the calendar and box is 6 inches high, what the people in the ads are holding is clearly just for show.

With postage and packaging I paid £26 for a Halloween Advent calendar. The advertising photo showed 24 fake Lego figures but you only get 8 and then 16 flat, 2D plastic images (including of the figures you already have). Of these 8 figures, 5 are recognizable characters, with the others being generic. The calendar took a month to arrive, effectively 2 days after Halloween ended. It was a punt at the end of the day, but this is clearly a scam. You sort of get something, but it’s certainly not what is advertised. Effectively, you get 8 figures at £3 a pop. The only good thing is that the quality of the figures is decent. Not full Lego quality, but they fit together and are solid.

I would give no stars if at all possible. Ordered the Halloween advent calendar, shipping took ages & when it arrived it was the biggest load of rubbish I have ever seen & literally went straight in the bin. £30 for absolute rubbish. These kind of companies who advertise under different names & are usually based in China she be banned. It’s practically a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE!

Ordered Halloween advent calender for my Son, firstly the shipping took ages and communication was slow when it did eventually turn up do disappointed so small made to look bigger in the picture, paid £23 for a small box with small figures not worth a penny.

Total rip off. And I mean rip off. Bought a mask for Halloween when it came it was badly ripped I emailed a photo to them and haven’t got a reply.

I wanted to purchase an item x 4 but when I came to the checkout, instead of £20.35 after applying discount and adding shipping fees, the total amount to pay comes to £24.15
