I have a juicer I bought 4 or 5 years ago and use it every day to make close to a litre for the family breakfast. Best value for money kit in my kitchen, never needed servicing albeit I broke the silicone washer/seal and ordered 3€ replacement, delivered in few days and good to go. Bought JR Ultra 8000 S2 and staff at Juicy Retreats could not have been more helpful, when I found the instruction manual was missing - they provided an electronic copy immediately and a paper copy in the post next day.
The juicer is fantastic. So far I've used it mainly to juice our huge grape crop, and it performs wonderfully as well as being easy to clean. Worth every penny.

I am extremely happy with this company Juicyretreats.com !!! I purchased the JR Ultra 8000 S2 whole slow juicer on Wednesday at 10am and I received this wonderful juicer next day by courier at 10 am!!! I am super impressed with Mr Webb at Juicyretreats for his excellent customer service.

I bought the JR Ultra 8000 S2 juicer and what a superb juicer it is, highly recommend this one to anyone getting into juicing.
Customer service is excellent as well, I ordered on their website on a Thursday and was supposed to get delivery on Tuesday due to it being a bank holiday weekend but it arrived on the Saturday only 2 days later so happy weekend juicing for me.
I had a small issue and rang customer service and it was sorted there and then by very friendly staff member who had very good knowledge about the product purchased.
If it was possible to rate higher than 5 stars I most certainly would.

YOU WOULD BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND BETTER. ALSO HAS A FIRST CLASS AFTER SALES SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

As for cleaning, well man, like all kitchen utensils once used they have to be cleaned.....its called hygiene.

The extraction of the juice is excellent... HOWEVER, the time spent cleaning the many pieces is so time consuming with bits of whatever you are juicing stuck in every crevice of the machine. If I had to give points on that, it would be half a star I'm afraid to say!

JR 8000 S2, an amazing juicer, works beautifully and worth every penny. JR customer service is second to none, I had a small issue with the juicer and they took me through the steps over the phone, it was all sorted in less then 5 minutes! Highly recommended on all fronts.

I bought the JR Touch 3 Blender and have not been disappointed with it. I have owned a number of blenders over the years including a heavy glass blender and the ‘bullet’ type one, but this one takes me to smoothie heaven!

I spent a number of days researching blenders online (as I normally do when wanting the best product) and I wanted a blender that was robust with simple functions and easy cleaning. I also had several questions before I bought the blender and spoke to Steven at Juicy Retreats who was really helpful, spread the cost of it over 6 months interest free and posted it free to Germany with choice of plug (UK/EU).

For my needs I wanted a blender that was powerful enough to chop up carrots, celery, beetroot, coffee beans and frozen fruit without the need to change the blades (the JR Touch 3 has strong stainless-steel blades with power of 1000-1500 watts).

The blender is so easy to use with the 5 pre-set programmes for (1) Smoothies/milkshakes (2) Whole juice - blending carrots, beetroot, seeds, stems (3) Hot drinks, fondue, soups (4) Ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet (5) Grinding (including coffee beans), making sauces, hummus, tahini, batters etc (the cyclone jar included can also be used for this). The instructions also say it can knead dough but I haven’t tried this yet.

I make daily smoothies with many types of fruit and veg, adding my superfood powders (spirulina, wheatgrass, chlorella, etc) and I can choose the texture of the smoothies using the manually control with the touch slider.

The lid has a thick rubber seal and sits tightly in the jar which is easy to clean as you just add a small drop of washing liquid in water and put it on blend mode and it cleans the inside of the jug within minutes (I’ve even just used water alone and it works). It’s also the quietest blender I have ever had as it has an induction motor, so kinder to the ears - I’ve had no complaints from family so far.

The 2-litre jug is light enough easy to lift off the base with one hand, compared to the heavy glass one I had before. I also like the thick wide pouring lip for soups and smoothies. You also get a mixing tamper tool, spatula, manual and recipe book in the box.

Having daily smoothies means I’m now ‘eating the rainbow’ as advised by my dietician for a healthier diet. I also make a smoothie (adding green protein mix) after my gym workout to support my recovery and it certainly fills me up and curbs my snacking on less healthy things. Am just enjoying using this blender and it looks great in the kitchen as well (I bought the red one).

I recently purchased a juicer from juicyretreat and the service I received was excellent. They were there to answer all my questions and offered advice and help. A very professional company where nothing is too much trouble. The goods are fantastic quality, packaged really well for postage and delivery service is quick. I have nothing but praise for both the company and their product and would happily recommend them to everyone.

I stumbled across the blender when looking for a new blender but found the usual competitors too expensive. I’m so happy I decided on the Ultra Touch 3 Quantum as it is amazing! It is so quiet and blends just about anything easily. It’s also really easy to clean (I had been worried it wouldn’t be) just by bunging water and a bit of dish soap in and turning on, job done. The customer service was also excellent - very quick to respond and very helpful in providing the answers to my pre-sale questions. Also after ordering I was expecting delivery to take 3-7 days as advertised for international orders but it arrived in under two days, amazing! Without a doubt the best blender I’ve ever owned and a much nicer design with superior functionality to most competitors at a great price direct from their website.

Absolutely excellent customer service - same day response could not be faulted. Product is great quality as well, really solid and *very* fast.

I’ve owned 4 or 5 juicers in my life, all of them made by brands which are ‘respected household names'. And although all had been reviewed favourably, they have all been disappointing. None has provided the volume of juice I had expected, they have all been noisy, none juiced celery and leafy greens very well, two produced gritty and/or foamy juice, and they have all been difficult and fiddly to clean. I saw Juicy Retreats juicers mentioned favourably in some article I read at my local health food store, and decided to give them a go, but first I rang the company to talk over my dissatisfaction with the juicers I had previously owned. They were really helpful and informative on the phone, they didn’t give me a hard sell, just information, and they gave me some tips on how to ensure the machine wouldn’t get clogged up when used to juice fibrous and leafy veg. It was very clear to me how much pride and confidence they had in their product. I’m sure you could ring up other companies which produce juicers and go through five levels of pressing buttons to finally reach a person who would have no real knowledge of or interest in the product you were ringing about.

So I bought one, and although it only cost around £20 more than juicers I’ve previously owned, it was vastly superior. It produces a LOT of non-gritty non-foamy juice which doesn’t separate, it’s quiet, it’s robust, it’s easy to clean, it doesn’t get clogged up, it doesn’t find any veg ‘difficult’, and I just love it. It can even be cleaned in the dishwasher from time to time, something I would never have tried with any previous juicer. It’s an amazing machine, and I’ve recommended it to lots of friends.

More than an Excellent Service! Probably the best customer service I have ever came across. All the other comoanies should learn from them. I've contact them several time. Always, there was smooth and swift response. Very kind gorges people with just amazing altitude to solve customers problem. HIGHLY RECOMENDED to Everybody!

I'm loving the new Touch 3 Blender. It's truly precision engineering and is really efficient at making smoothies and nut butters. The pre-set options are very convenient too.

Also, the customer service at Juicy Retreats is exceptional.

Recommendation of not only the company but the product... With a few leaders in power blenders it's always really difficult to decide where you should purchase from. It took me several indecisive weeks comparing this product to others before I parted with my cash and went with my gut instinct to "invest" in a Juicy Retreats brushless blender. Unrapping each item from the packaging it was clear the product design was faultless and to such a high spec... I liked the fact that the blending jugs were of a decent weight and of such good material, so straight away I knew why I had paid the price I did. I just want to point out that you do also get a tamper tool... I don't think that was very clearly advertised and even though I ordered thinking a tamper tool wasn't included (I based my decision to buy based on reviews), to my delight there was one, along with a cleverly designed spatula... why so clever? The shape of it fits flush into the grooves of the shape of the blending jugs meaning scooping out nut butters and sticky ingredients is a breeze with minimal waste. These blades are truly quite beastly, I have only had to use the tamper tool on rare occasions I made a 2 litre smoothie from just fruit and veg and added no liquid and it tackled it all with ease. I love the fact that a 1 litre cyclone jug is included "in the price" this is rare in comparison to what other leaders will offer you. The twisting lid (again didn't know this was included at the time of ordering) as sad as it sounds, blew my mind... JR literally thought of everything... this lid ensures sticky ingredients don't stick to the sides in the blending process which means you never have to stop shift the ingredients around several times and re blend. This blender is truly an investment. The last few weeks I have been drinking litres of raw fresh smoothies everyday and my skin now looks and feels different, I've actually started going into work makeup free, my skin is literally glowing from within and showing on my face in a matter of weeks... if you're looking to start eating cleaner and avoiding processed food a JR blender will give you so many options to help you on a "new you" journey... what makes the product so great though above all is the outstanding customer service... if I could give JR more than 5 stars I wouldn't hesitate. You can read all the fantastic reviews here about the customer service you will receive but you'll truly be blown away when you experience it first hand... even these reviews don't do them justice. This customer service is one to experience for yourself.

I will be recommending this product to everyone I know. It is a very well designed, well built product. Every detail has been so well designed , even down to the fact that the 2 jugs stack together. The whole thing takes up less space and makes much less noise than some juicers I have seen. I love using it! My kids love using it and being able to see what's happening inside the juicer as it happens. I am absolutely DELIGHTED with this product. Also with the instruction videos on Youtube that the company has produced. I am not easily impressed, but am deeply impressed by this company. Thank you Juicy Retreats!
