My name is Aisha and I live in Dubai. I have been a loyal customer of Julian Fashion for many years. My first order was in 2017. Since then I have placed 70 orders. I have never had a single issue with any order. Some boutiques sometimes ship damaged items but Julian has only ever sent items that are 100% perfect. Shipping is always fast and it’s great that they have customs and duties added at check out so we don’t have to pay for them on arrival. They offer great discounts and amazing sales. I’m so glad to be a customer of Julian Fashion and always appreciate the care they show towards their products and their customers ❤️

I ordered some items through another vendor that this company partners with,however my return was to this company. This was received back to them on 9/24/26. I have yet to receive my refund. Buyer beware! I plan on filing a dispute with Luosophy and this vendor.

Terrible customer service and rejected valid warranty claim
I purchased Alexander McQueen sneakers from JulianFashion just 2 months ago, and they have only been worn about 15 times. Unfortunately, the gold logo on the heel of one sneaker has almost completely peeled off, while the logo on the other sneaker is completely intact.
JulianFashion customer support rejected my warranty claim, claiming it is "general wear and tear due to water and friction." This is completely unacceptable. If it were normal wear, both shoes would look the same, and the surrounding suede/leather would be damaged—which is not the case (the rest of the shoe is in pristine condition). This is a clear manufacturing defect in the foil stamping/branding on one shoe.
Refusing to take responsibility for a defect that appeared after minimal use within the statutory warranty period is very disappointing.

Although you did not include your order number in your review, we immediately understood which case you were referring to, as there has been extensive communication between you and our Customer Care team via email.
We are truly sorry that the outcome did not meet your expectations. However, in this matter, we acted as an intermediary with the brand's After-Sales Service team, carefully gathering and forwarding all the photographs requested for their technical evaluation.
Following their assessment, the brand concluded that the issue was not due to a manufacturing defect, but that the alteration of the logo was the result of prolonged abrasion and exposure to water, which caused fading and discoloration.
The brand also advised that the item could not be repaired, as the leather had lost part of its original texture, flexibility, and shape due to wear over time, exposure to water, and maintenance conditions that had affected the material's overall appearance and performance.
We understand your disappointment and regret that we were unable to provide the outcome you were hoping for. Please know that we genuinely did everything possible to assist you, following your case closely and working with the brand on your behalf to ensure it received the utmost attention throughout the entire process.

We currently offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping only to selected countries, while orders to other destinations may be subject to local import charges upon arrival.
