Julian made the whole process of getting a mortgage simple. He is very knowledgeable, found me a great deal, there was no pressure and when I was ready to proceed Julian worked with me really effectively to get the mortgage secured without fuss. 100% service and would strongly recommend.

Julian is nothing short of a legend. I randomly picked up his details having done a reasonably thorough search of various mortgage websites and web reviews, and felt that he stongly fitted the bill for what my wife and I were after.

From the moment we were in touch with Julian, he could not have been more personable and professional, and his knowledge and expertise were clear from the outset. He automatically understood our requirements, explained everything very succinctly and clearly, and at no stage did he ever put us under any pressure to take a particular course of action or to push us into using his services.

Julian was very patient with me (and my wife) as mortgage rates changed over the course of our house buying process, and he was not only very responsive to our requests, but also very proactive. Up to the last minute, he continued to check ever-changing rates and, thanks to the obviously excellent working relationships that he's built up over time with mortgage lenders and managers, he was able to improve our mortgage offer several times.

We cannot thank Julian enough for his guidance, patience, friendliness, expertise and professionalism to see us through to an excellent mortgage deal - we cannot rate him highly enough. He's also a fantastic bloke!
