This is an excellent rebounder
This is an excellent rebounder. I ordered the 44" Pro Fitness one and it is the perfect size. I had a spring one before that did it's job but this is in a different league. It is so quiet and it bounces so gently. I have so much more control of the unit when rebounding. It definitely is softer on my joints. It is well worth the price. I added the handle bar which is good but I feel it cuts some of the mat off. I wish it went closer to the end of the circle.
It was delivered so quickly - within 2 days. I truly was shocked how fast it came.

I love this company and rebounder!
I love this company! It's family owned, the products are designed in the US, the website is easy to navigate and customer service is outstanding. I spoke with a rep on the phone about my questions before purchasing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient and the conversation confirmed my decision. Free delivery was fast and the packaging was fantastic, no excess and creatively optimized. The rebounder I got is a very solid and well built/designed piece of equipment that I plan to use for many years. A lot of research led me to JumpSport and I'm very happy with my decision and the rebounder I chose.

Great Product and Great Company
I purchased my JumpSport Essential Fitness Trampoline at the recommendation of my medical team to support my lymph system. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived. When I called JumpSport Support with some questions before ordering, a kind and professional agent named John was there to answer all my questions in depth. Since I a was new to rebounding, that personal touch made the whole process so much easier for me. The JumpSport is a high quality product and I am so glad to have it. I now use it every day and my whole body feels more energized and alive.

Quick replacement parts for my trampoline
Two bands on my JumpSport trampoline had reached the end of their life and snapped. I was able to buy a full set of replacements which arrived quickly and will keep the trampoline in good working condition

Terrible packaging
39" Pro was just delivered. Packaging needs improvement! The box has multiple holes in it on both sides. The biggest hole is 5" wide, making it completely open to the trampoline. For the price, this needs to be packaged better. After years & years of shipping these, JumpSport knows that carriers are not careful with packages, especially this size & weight. If I had seen it being delivered, I would have refused it. Also, right after I ordered it the price dropped! I'd been waiting months, and saving for it, for the Prism to be back in stock and this is what I get..... disappointed!
