Ordering was easy - delivery appears to be far more difficult!
Delivery company (City Link) say they tried to deliver twice - I have a business that is manned 8am - 6pm 7 days per week therefore no delivery has been attempted.
Item returned to sender and 7 days later I have received no contact from Brabantia and no order either!
Only due to timescales I am chasing and still no positive outcome!
Terrible company to do business with - never again!

Probably little self indulgent, Brabantia aren't the cheapest around but nice bit of kit and the satin finishes as well as bright steel means the products fit in with any kitchen. Very pleased with Just Brabantia.

Ordering product online was incredibly easy, tracking info spot on & delivered as stated.

Love my new laundry basket, came well package and arrived quickly after we ordered it.

I ordered an ironing board cover on the 15th of November and a still waiting for it to arrive. If this is idea of customer care it is the very good

I ordered an ironing boards for a steam generator iron. The delivery was fast it has a 10 year warranty and not only that Brabantia gave me a 10 per cent voucher off anything else from their range of products. Having been a fan of their products for years now from kitchen bins to storage canisters I can only say that they are real quality products and do stand the test of time. Brabantia gets 10 stars from me for outstanding products and service.

The ironing board I had ordered came 2 days later, which was fast, and compared to other sites on the Internet, it was the cheapest option as well. The name tells eveything, you can't go wrong with a Bravantia product. One more happy customer.

Great product at much more reasonable price. Still a bit pricey compared to competitors (Minky comes to mind) but i think the quality should be worth the extra.

Having researched several sites I found this one to be best when including postage. The bags are strong and worth the extra cost compared to cheaper weaker versions.
