Very good & as expected

I found a great quality baby bouncer on Just4baby for a lot cheaper than any other website, and it arrived the next day when I only paid standard delivery! Very impressed and will definitely use time and again!

I have bought this system for my future grandaughter due dec , been looking around for a while for this particular system. I found Just 4 baby after searching the net , they had the best price plus an extra 5% off spending over 150 . A great service and price !.

I was extremely pleased with the product and its price as it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find it. However, I ordered it on the Monday and it took until the thursday of the following week - a week and a half - to be delivered. There was no communication during this time and I even had to ring up to check they had not forgotten about me. I would use the shop again but think the delivery needs to be sorted out a bit.

Would definitely recommend this company as the goods arrived so fast. Ordered on the Saturday afternoon, goods arrived on the Monday morning. Was even texted to advise which hour it would arrive, so no need to hang around wondering...

I ordered a quinny yezz that was due for deliver in 3-5 working days. 7 working days later after chasing the delivery I was told that I would not be receiving my Yezz until 6 weeks later. This is really not good customer service. I should have been contacted stright away and told about the delay. Not happy

I've tried to buy 2 items from this company 2 weeks ago. After not hearing anything for 10 days we contacted them asking about the status of our order. After a few phone calls they finally informed us one of the products was out of stock and discontinued so the items couldn't be send. They couldn't even bother informing us about it immediately while it was already paid!
Very bad service when customer service doesn't follow up on orders and doesn't inform customers about the status of the order. It's not up to customers to chase orders when you have a good running company!!!

Order arrived before expected. I was updated as to where my parcel was at all times and even what time it was to be delivered. Absolutely spot on service! Will definitely be ordering again and recommend to friends.

I ordered 2 items for my new Granddaughter and to my amazement they arrived next morning. I am very pleased with the speed they arrived here. And they are both excellent value. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered 3 items. They took my money very promptly but no sign of the order over a week later. I emailed them, but no answer. I then rang and they said it would be another 3 working days because there had been a problem with one of the items. I asked why they had not communicated this but they said I would have been sent an email to say this. I received no email! I requested that my order was cancelled as I had needed the items earlier than this for a special reason and I was not happy with the service. They agreed no problem, but as of yet there has been no refund. I would not use this company again.

Do not have any dealings with this company. They promise you one thing but never actually follow through. I requested a refund which was agreed to but the payment never arrived. Had to open a Papypal dispute. This tells you the sort of people running this company, there's a reason why they are so cheap - its to entice you to part with your money to rip you off. Heaven forbid should a product prove faulty - you will never get any resolution from them,

I ordered a baby's crib on 4th July 13, it's now the 14th July 13 n all I've received is an email to say my order has been accepted! Nothing to say its been dispatched... As if having a baby is not stressful enough now I have the worry of losing the £85.00 I've paid for it... They were very quick in taking the money from my account though!!! Very poor n concerning

I ordered 2 Britax car seats from this company. These arrived very quickly indeed. I was kept informed if every step from processing of the order to delivery and was given the option to rearrange delivery by text/e-mail if if wasn't convenient. The goods arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition. Will definitely use this site again.

I can't complain about the service I received after I saved just over £100 on buying a car seat and base through just4baby. The only thing I would say is they didn't tell me the item was out of stock, and so I was expecting it sooner. But as soon as I got in touch with them I heard back and was reassured the item was on it's way - it arrived in the time stated on a text the following day! Thanks so much!

Would defiantly use this website again! Pushchair was ordered on the Thursday and came on the Monday! Very pleased :-)
