Don't bother

Placed an order if February, got sent a completely different product. Returned product, heard nothing. The date the item was marked as received is just that, someone then has to collect that item to start the returns process. Asked several times over a few weeks to see if the return was being sorted, nothing back. Then the original item I ordered turned up in late March (still no correspondence). Waiting for my money back for returning their item they incorrectly sent me, to be told (weeks later, ibhad to again contact them) that they need the original recepit. So I now have to pay again to send them this.
Not happy at all and will definitely NOT use this company again!

I purchased 3 x pairs of gloves only got 2

I purchased 3 x pairs of gloves. Only received 2. I wrote to the company which then advised for me to fill out paper wk which I did. It did state I need to include ID. Eg passport or drivers license. Why would I include personal information like that. I wrote a message to the company no reply. My son is yet to use the gloves as I’m not happy with this situation. I will never buy from this company again.

Just 4 keepers is an absolutely…

Just 4 keepers is an absolutely fantastic company. The gloves are second to none and my son won't wear anything else. Not only are the products fantastic but the company itself and owner do so much for goalkeepers helping them to reach for their dreams. As long as they are still here we will keep using and supporting them.

Shocked (loyal customer for 12 years)

Very surprised to have to write this and very disappointed too.
Other than some mix up with deliveries and late parcel arrivals, Just 4 Keepers service and in particular their products have been very good previously. However if I was to try and explain how utterly disappointed, after being a loyal customer for over a dozen years with my recent 'ghost' transaction, then it wouldn't do justice.
My order went through all paid as normal. Two days later I receive a message from J4K stating that the order was being refunded as "you can only order one pair of gloves and no more".
No where on the information did it state "one pair only" and if it was one pair then the website would have maxed out at one quantity but no, it allowed as many as you wished to order, subject to stock.
The truth is the gloves were obviously under-priced in error, and went back on the website at 7 times the listed price originally (I have the paid invoices and pictures of the original price to prove this).
If I had received an apology saying "we made a mistake on the website with the price, sorry we cannot honour this" then I would not have an problem accepting the error, but too be told its only 1 pair per person and then to change the price once realised it was wrong on the website and to be told "no it wasn't a marketing/website input error" is just totally unacceptable. To not even be offered part of the order as compensation is just very poor customer service, and the refund still hasn't been received, so 5 days gaining interest in J4K's account too!
Out of respect for the owner and the great work J4K do, I'm not taking this to trading standards but I feel that this needs to be shared as others may well have experienced the same.

Perfect experience with this company…

Perfect experience with this company the gloves are great quality and the delivery time was excellent a great company who are looking after the true hero’s on the pitch 😁 thanks again will definitely be ordering again

J4Sports is the new name not Just4keepers

To make everyone aware that this company has changed its name to J4Sports and that all of these negative reviews will not be seen by the actual company or their customers. I looked at all of the positive reviews about J4keepers before buying on their website without realising that the actual name for the Company is J4 Sports and they changed their Name.

Sorry for the post this is to make people aware that this company is the Same as J4Sports however people are mislead about which company is which.

J4K Review

I had a problem logging into my account but Ash from J4K was superb in assisting me and getting it all sorted.

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews, my daughter has used J4K gloves for the past 4/5 seasons and had no problems what so ever.

During the 4/5 seasons she’s tried a pair of gloves which cost over £100 and there’s no comparison, J4K hands down winners .

Keep up the great work guys

Terrible quality glove

Terrible quality glove, sent back due to them falling to bits in 2 weeks (4 times worn) to be told that there is nothing wrong with them and the issue is with the poor care!! What a joke! They have fallen to bits around the wrists. They are stating this is the palm, as a nurse I was always under the impression my wrist and palm were different!
Customer service is shocking, very undermining and a total waste of money! DO NOT BUY, go for a brand you know are good!!

I ordered using their size guide and…

I ordered using their size guide and found when throwing the ball to my son they were far to big for him. So I sent back asking for a smaller size. They refused a refund or a smaller size as there was some light marks on the fingers. We can't afford another pair. Un reasonable. I have returned poor quality gloves to the shop before with no problem
Very disappointed child and parent. Never buy online !

Terrible quality gloves

Terrible quality gloves. Palms started to fail after first use. Contacted J4Keepers who responded with a fact sheet about how we should have cared for them (might have been more appropriate to share this information with customers at point of sale). When I explained that the gloves had been soaked prior to use. I was advised to send them back at my expense for them to ‘inspect’. After weeks of no response, I tried contacting them on their website, by email, by phone and was totally ignored. Eventually I received a very rude email late one Friday night from “an industry expert” who was incredibly rude and denied any issue with the quality of the gloves and just blamed my son for not using them appropriately! I’m now £40 out of pocket and had to buy another set of gloves (from a more reputable company). Appalling customer service, no chance of any goodwill with this company. The customer is always at fault, not the poor quality, over priced rubbish they sell.

Rubbish con artists

Had 10 yes 10 shots in my back green with these gloves on and lasted began ripping , ordered my regular size and they fit and only if I force my hands into them, joke if a company , STEER CLEAR!!!

Very poor quality, avoid this company

Very poor quality. The palms have basically fallen apart after a few training sessions. Contacted them and they don't offer refunds for the palms under any circumstances.

Complete joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

Bad quality and even worse customer service

After using j4k gloves for 4 years and our son being part of there sponsorship program we had to return a pair of glove due to them falling apart after only being worn 4 time for a total of 3 hrs. Their response was it’s to be expected if you don’t follow there guidelines. I explained that he never plays with dry glove and that we make him wet them when ever he plays. Yet they still said it was not their fault and wouldn’t replace them. Due to this we will not be using them anymore and advise other’s not to use them. Oh and they will not cover any postage when you return damaged items.

Poor Customer Care

I placed an order for 2 items and used a discount code. It seemed to work, I had a pop up message to say 'discount would be applied at check out' I could see the discount hadn't been applied but thought there would be another payment page where it would be applied. So hit pay but then went to Thank you for you order page and I had still paid full price.

I emailed J4K to tell them about the problem. I had a single line explaining the discount code hadn't worked because I had free delivery. So I had lost £14 discount for free delivery at saving me £3.99. I received another email a few days later explaining how to use the discount code next.

Good product but paid £20 for a Saturday delivery for the gloves to turn up the following Wednesday tried to contact for partial reimbursement of the delivery fee but no response after phone calls and emails shocking customer service
